Be one of the first guests to stay in a newly renovated 900 sq ft 1 bed apartment. Except for the art, everything is brand new! This apt is located 10 min (literally a straight drive down 1 street) to DTLA. You can also walk for 10-15 min to the Indiana Stop & take the subway to DTLA. Great location if you need easy access to Downtown LA and the subway. We are located in Boyle Heights, LA next to Entity Mag HQ. Pls be respectful of our neighbors & other tenants. This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
