Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown Los Angeles

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

I’ll tell you a story about Kye, there were broken blinds in my room that I didn’t realize until 1am. I messaged him only thinking he would get back to me the following day. He replied in 1 minute saying I’ll fix it now I’m coming over. What a great host. Thanks I’ll be back Kye!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

It's my first time booking an Airbnb and I think I did a great job choosing Tina's place. She was very welcoming, responsive and friendly. Everything was on point, from bathroom to kitchen essentials, she got you. I had to leave on a short notice than planned but she didn't give me a hard time, she understood. I would definitely recommend and book her anytime I need a vacation in DTLA. P.S ; ITS SUPER SAFE.

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place was absolutely fabulous even better than expected. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Carlos was a great host, responsive and helpful throughout. I was traveling internationally, so I appreciated how smooth and stress free everything was. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our stay and directly felt home at the apartment. All was clean and you have a lot of space for a good price. WiFi was also very fast and you have 2 smart TVs with YouTube, Netflix and so on. Can recommend it!

Jordan’s place exceeded my expectations in person! So clean and so cute. It had really nice energy and was decorated with so much love- all the details and books and Knick knacks made it a special spot, also a nice touch hearing Jordan play piano upstairs in the afternoon :) peaceful. I would recommend this home to stay and the big plus was the location was amazing!!! Thanks again for a great stay.

Serena is very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for us as we did a lot of activities in LA downtown. So nice to have dedicated parking space. The area is safe and quiet. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. We’d like to stay again. Thank you!

Ones of the best host ever!

This was a lovely space for a single or couple to stay. The room was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was convenient and close to the highway. The yard was very pretty and the accommodation was quiet and peaceful. The only challenge we had was with parking. We were told there was parking on the premises but when we were sent the check-in information, we were told to park in a spot on the street. Street parking was plentiful and easy on most days, but every Thursday, there is street cleaning from 10-2 and street parking is prohibited in the entire neighborhood. This was problematic for us. We did not realize when we booked the place that we would have to park on the street, as the amenities listed parking on the premises. Otherwise, the place was great.

We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

Great roomy two-bedroom in a great location. Easy parking location to the condo. Hope to stay here in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Great place to stay, very clean and spacious comfortable beds. quiet too.there were 3 of us and it was great that we had our own bathrooms. We didn't have a car so used Ubers, there isn't much around walking distance as it's a residential area. there is parking if you have a car. very easy to get to west LA from there. very good value.

The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
