Loft holiday rentals in Downtown, Nashville

Perfect for our needs of a long weekend. Neighborhood was walkable. Restaurants were walkable. Enjoyed a meal at the Common Ground. Carolyn was very responsive and helpful. Everything was as described.

Loved this location for CMA fest activities. Extremely walkable to Broadway bars and all of the stages set up for the festivities. We've stayed at the Opryland before and while it's gorgeous, you can't beat being in town, a black and half from the fun. If you are looking for a more relaxing getaway, the loft did have some noise from the street during the night. Those that slept in the bedroom didn't seem bothered by it but I was woke up in the living room a few times a night. I've saved this and other rentals of Amanda's for future trips. Definitely recommend! Easy self check-in and responsive host.

My wife and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. They were very clear on directions of checking in and how to handle early arrivals. They provided a secure area for our luggage until we could check into our room. The walk to downtown boardway was just a few blocks away and far enough away that we were not disturbed by the noise at night. Their communication never left me with any questions so I hardly needed to communicate with them. If you’re visiting, I highly suggest staying at the 506 Lofts as my wife and I will be sure to use them the next time we return.

Beautiful loft very close to all the action that Nashville has to offer. Loved the old brick and the high ceilings! There was plenty of room- huge living area and kitchen. Master bedroom was huge with lots of living space!

Great location 1.5 blocks from Broadway. Parking options directly across the street. We felt very safe with access control to the building. A very spacious space for our group of 4 and had room for more. Highly recommend this space for a great Music Row experience! Amanda was extremely responsive and accessible!

We had a great stay here! The space was absolutely immaculate, and very well appointed. It is quite a bit larger than it appears on the photos. The bed is very comfortable and the air-conditioning is quiet and effective. Linda met us for check-in, even though we had a delayed flight and arrived after 2 AM. she gave us very clear instructions about the place. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful, full of very charming houses and bars and restaurants. It was about about a half hour walk to downtown, which was an enjoyable walk. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here!

This place was great! Greg was very nice and gave us some local recommendations for our time in Nashville. It was always a great start to our day to be greeted by their happy dog Della, who was a highlight of the trip. Next time we are in Nashville, we will definitely be staying here again!

We had an amazing time staying at Samira's place for our first visit to Nashville! The location was perfect, walking distance to Broadway and other attractions. It was very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and prepare a few light meals. The beds were very comfortable (even the pull out bed!) and the unit was nice and quiet. We loved the Memory Wall area for taking photos and captured some great memories there. We were slightly disappointed the record player was not hooked up and there were no records to play as the listing stated this is functional. We used the pool which was very nice and there was even a BBQ happening at lunch on one of the days we were there where they were serving free hot dogs, burgers, soft drinks and chips. Samira was a very responsive and friendly host and was always available with recommendations and helpful tips. Overall we loved our time here and would return and recommend to friends.

This is a wonderful space that feels bigger than the actual floor space. Really fun and spacious feel with all amenities you need including coffee machine and washing and dryer (very handy after a week of travel). Jason’s instructions were very clear and detailed and we used the Chat GPT link he provided to find out more it details we may not have wanted to bother him about. All in all, a really enjoyable stay of n a lovely place and great location that worked well for the 7 people we had staying

We had a wonderful stay at Hunter's place! The apartment was sparkling clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Nashville. Highly recommend!

Stunning, well-designed and beautiful space in a convenient location. Lovely apartment with beautiful design, furniture, lighting, and décor. You can tell the space with expertly designed and planned. Feels like a magazine set. Décor is modern, but feels very comfortable and homey. Includes full kitchen and a washer/dryer. Highly recommend a stay here. Be aware unit is on second floor and walkway/steps were a little slippery from wet leaves. It took us a few tries to get the key code to work, but we finally figured it out. Unit only had 1 roll of TP and paper towels, so maybe stock up before you arrive. There is a Publix and Kroger located within a short drive. Would stay here again.

Nicole’s apartment is a great spot for a short break in Nashville. It’s super close to Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. The apartment is safe and clean and well appointed. Highly recommended.

Cute little place, super convenient to walk to /from the CMA Fest events. We didn’t really notice the train, kinda neat to occasionally see from the patio. Really enjoyed being so close to the river, the second bedroom window views were incredible! Only hiccup was hearing the upstairs neighbors every now and then, but that comes with the condo life.

Great place to stay in Nashville for 3 couples. More than enough room for 6. Perfect location and everything you need in one place. Host was amazing! Had a flight change and the host accommodated us with no issues. Would definitely stay at the same place in the future!
