House holiday rentals in Downtown Phoenix

Had a great stay. Home was very comfortable for us and we enjoyed everything. The weather didn’t allow us to try the pool but the water was clean and sparkling. Very impressed. Super great that we were able to check in early and get some groceries in the fridge. Thanks for a great stay!

Second year staying at this rental - we love the proximity to all our favorite shopping & restaurants. Hosts are always communicative and responsive. Great layout with privacy for different groups - loved cooking in the kitchen and hanging poolside. Will be back again! :)

Our stay at Angela's place was wonderful. She provided very clear check-in information and was able to communicate with us when we landed to get us in the house a little early. The location was great for shopping, coffee places, and dinner. Not really anything around to walk to, but nothing was more than 15 minutes away. The house was really comfortable and clean. The living room setup was great to lounge and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean and comfortable. The outside area was really our favorite part. The pool was really nice during the day and at night and the outside TV area was great to sip our morning coffee at. It was also nice to have a speaker outside for our music while we swam. Overall the place felt like home. Thanks so much for the great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb for Father’s Day weekend! The house was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described. The pool was the perfect escape from the Phoenix heat, and we loved spending time outdoors grilling and relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and unwind as a family. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Phoenix!

We rented this Airbnb because it was right near our daughter, son in law and grandkids. Grandparents need their space too. There are a lot of things to do within 20 minutes if not less. The pool was great and refreshing. The house was immaculate and well maintained. The snacks were a welcomed surprise. I highly recommend people to rent this location.

Best Airbnb ever!! Just like the photos. In a safe and quiet neighborhood. We loved that it's so close to many shops. I would highly recommend Pizza at the rescue restaurant if your looking for pizza. A 4 minute drive maybe less from the home. Pool was perfect with plenty of pool toys and items. It's truly an oasis and I wish we could have stayed longer. We would come back but we are moving to Phoenix. If I could buy the home I would!!! Plenty of space and perfect for families.

We were in Phoenix visiting our daughter and this was located just about 5 minutes from her place, and so we chose it mostly for that close proximaty. What a great addition that it was so lovely, comfortable and clean! Georgiana was proactive with communication, with quick and helpful replies as well. The bed was comfy, the kitchen full with anything we needed and the bathrooms were pristine. We event sipped our morning coffee in the private backyard which was a lovely way to the start the days. I've already contacted Georgiana about staying again when we come back to visit- it's on my list of favorites!

Amazing stay at this wonderful Airbnb. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Phoenix area. Wendy and her team were very helpful and responsive. A beautiful home overall. 10/10.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Perfect location for doing things in downtown Phoenix. The property is perfect. Very clean. Already looking forward to staying there again.

We had a great stay! Andrew was communicative before and during our trip. The location was great. We would stay here again!

The place was just as described. Very cute and a great set up for one or two people. Short walk to places on Roosevelt Street and Callo Blanco is a great Mexican restaurant a short distance away. I would say the only surprise was there was no ice in the freezer. Not even ice cube trays, so I had to go out and buy a bag. Not a big deal, but I wish I had known that before I checked in. Great spot and worth the money.

This was a the perfect place! As described. We were driving cross country with family and 5 dogs 🐕 Couldn't have found a better place. Thanks Ray for hosting. I only wish we could have stayed more than 1 night.

We stayed here for a few day to attend my graduation. The host was kind enough to allow us to check in an hour early as we arrived earlier than expexted. I was extremely grateful as we were so tired from the traveling. I loved that the house was located close to everything. Food, shopping, & entertainment was just a 10 min drive away, yet it was far enough away from all of the outside noise. It was so peaceful, clean, and inviting. There was an instruction book that included how to use things around the house, local food & entertainment to try, and the check-out process- which was not complicated at all. Some airbnb's are over the top with their checkout process. Eva made our stay joyous. I would definitely reccommend and stay here again. The grill wasn't cleaned from the last guest but it was no big deal. We cleaned it. I plan on coming back next year for my masters and will not hesitate to stay here again. All in all, 5 stars.

Sean and Jessica were very responsive hosts to our requests and correctly directed us to the right place to look for the solutions, the neighborhood are quiet, convenient as well, we had a wonderful gathering during the stay, Thank you Sean and Jessica!

James and Andy's backyard oasis (and pool house) was the perfect place to recuperate for a few days after running a conference downtown. You can't beat the experience of a private pool/spa during the warm spring weather in Phoenix. I had lots of questions and the hosts were very responsive and patient. The pool house was well-designed and organized with a full kitchen. Would happily come back if circumstances allow!

This was a lovely stay! We especially loved the Britta filter and ice in the freezer being ideal for visiting this city. Everything we needed was within reach. One of my group members has stayed in numerous hotels over the years and said that trying this airbnb was a much better experience for her for staying away from home in a long time. Thank you!

Jason’s place was cute, cozy and fun! It was just as described. The back yard is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed all of the games! The beds were comfy and everything was super clean. Would definitely like to stay again next time I’m in Phoenix.

This place is close to Phoenix downtown (about 10 minutes' drive). The home is spacious, super clean and well decorated. We enjoyed our time here a lot. Although this place is right next to the highway, and the neighborhood doesn't seem safe, it is quiet and safe within the house.

We loved our stay at Samantha‘s. We were three girlfriends visiting another friend who is in a nearby hospital. The house was only a couple miles away and provided us a cozy place to hang out after a long days at the hospital. The house was super clean as was the airstream. Samantha was super communicative throughout our stay. As my friend said, this is the cutest place ever!
