Completely independent apartment with its own dedicated AC. The back patio over looks a beautiful garden with many types of birds to watch in the morning. The bathroom has a 12" rain head shower, with endless hot, soft water. There is a full sized washer/dryer with detergent provided, a full kitchen with a really cool induction range and countertop oven. The bedroom can be closed off with a door, the full sized bed is soft , high speed internet, all smart lights. Totally newly renovated

Beautiful place, loved staying here. Would definite recommend. One thing worth noting is that you've gotta pay extra for wifi, but it's well worth it considering how beautiful the place is

My new husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, it was a great space for what we wanted and everyone was really friendly! The place was clean and the pool was amazing and there was lots of places to walk or scooter too! The dishwasher is our unit didn’t work but other than that we had no issues! Being downtown in a big city there was lots of homeless people close by so we didn’t walk around in the evening very much, but coming from a big city we weren’t super surprised! We had rented an electric car and were super happy with the onsite charging, but we found we were only able to connect to one of them but it wasn’t usually being used so we were fine! Everyone was super friendly, we would recommend this space to a friend and we are going to miss AZ!

Very nice golf resort. I didn’t golf while I was there but definitely looked like an amazing facility to golf during your stay. The grounds of the resort were well maintained (parking lots, common areas, etc.) The room was very nice as well. The only thing I wish that would change is check in time. I wish it was more of a hotel timing rather than at 4pm. All though, Kalvin is very clear that check in earlier than 4pm is most likely not possible, so definitely no surprises there so can’t mark it as a negative for my stay. Just in general, wish there was earlier check in.

Cody was a great host. The location is perfect in Oldtown. Everything was within walking distance. The only recommendation to future guests is to ask for more washclothes and towels if you are staying more than 1 night. The washer and dryer made it easy to clean items but there were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths for our 4 night stay so we did laundry twice. Excellent experience overall!! Highly recommend.
