Location, location, location! This location is absolutely gorgeous. We’re high up in the avenues with the valley stretching out beneath us. The apartment has been renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. It was very comfortable, thank you for making our visit perfect.

The only thing I might suggest would be changing the blinds. The blinds do not keep out the street light light at night and the early morning sunshine. They use plastic blinds that do not really fit well within the windows. But that didn't keep me from giving 5 stars. I would stay here again.

House was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Charming home with a beautiful view of the city and sunset. Cute historic neighborhood so fun to walk around and explore.

The place was amazing, very clean, modern, and convenient. Bed was firm but comfy, kitchen well equipped, and the 2 baths made getting ready a breeze. Parking was very convenient and several restaurants and a grocery store were in walking distance. Talmage was super helpful and responsive. Great stay, would come back again! Misty’s place was wonderful! Easy access, free parking, clean and cozy. Walking distance from The Urban Lounge where we were seeing a concert. Lots of food options right by too! Misty was proactive in her communication with clear check in/check out instructions and very friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I were in a super tight bind when our hotel was much worse than expected. Arializ's place was perfect between affordable price, beautiful home and responsive host! Would definitely stay again!

Great space. Very homey and interestingly decorated. Street parking was easy and plentiful. Was wonderful to have access to a washer/dryer. Very close to downtown.

Great place to stay in SLC! The apartment was even more spacious than I expected and the bed was very comfortable. I was in town for a work conference and Salt Palace Convention Center was about a 25 minute walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the amenities like in-roon laundry made it feel like home for a week.

Excellent stay. Quiet and peaceful area. Short walking distance to downtown and Capitol. So very clean and equipped! Thank you!

What a wonderful place with wonderful hosts. Close to everything you would ever want in Salt Lake. Great bike trails nearby, the freeway is just down the street. And the golf course and driving range are just a hop skip and a jump away. Make sure you say hello to the neighborhood mascot. 🐈‍⬛

Ciara was a great host. When our original rental fell through due to an ac unit issue she set us up in a new unit same day. I really appreciated her for that. The house was clean, easily accessible, and the bed was the comfiest I've ever slept on.

Great home base and amenities. Right across the street from the delicious breakfast and coffee place Vosen's Bread Paradise too. Public transit is close by and everywhere we wanted to go was a ten minute or less Lyft ride away.

Jennifer’s place was a great location for us. Walkable to some great restaurants and convention center. Unfortunate the elevator was down with 2 young kids but we made it work! Floors and bathrooms could’ve been cleaned better and place needs a good dusting otherwise it was clean. Would recommend anyone staying here to bring their own sound machine! It is very noisy at night as mentioned. Never felt unsafe staying here, but there is quite a bit of homeless population in the area. Overall, we would stay again.

I love this place!! When I walk in it feels like I am home! So convenient to the train and convention center! I will always stay here!

This condo is lovely and Elizabeth’s communication was fantastic. The area is very walkable with shopping and restaurants close by. The condo was very clean and the entry by code was so convenient. As others mentioned it is somewhat noisy (particularly the unit above) but Elizabeth provided ear plugs and a noise machine for sleeping, which was appreciated. I would stay again and recommend!

Great location with excellent parking right outside the door. Three minor items to be aware of: (1) The bed is soft/saggy, (2) The sliding door to the bathroom isn't completely private, (3) There is a sulfur smell in the kitchen occasionally, I think from the sink vent. Overall, it's a good place for the cost.
