Had a great experience. The house is bright and cozy. The landscaping is beautiful and private. Got lots of use out of the grill. Location is great, walking distance to Main Street and there's a free trolley to Lido Beach. Vera was very friendly and helpful and made some great restaurant suggestions.

We had a wonderful time at Rachel’s home. The location was fantastic, 7 minute walk downtown, 10 minutes to Lido beach, 20 minutes to Siesta Key. Laurel Park is such a unique safe neighborhood, there are restaurants 2 blocks away, Indigenous (book early), Owen’s Fish House (pretty fun), trivia at Tamiami Tap. Location couldn’t be more perfect. 12 minutes to the airport. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, pool was great for the kids. We definitely will be back. Thank you for sharing your home.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable trip. The pool was absolutely amazing—clean, private, and perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. The location was great too—close to the beach, restaurants, and local markets. Mario was an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful. He made sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed from start to finish. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having a great experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Sarasota. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Mario!

Fantastic Airbnb! Seaglass Management and Joy are great to work with. Very responsive! Great location, very safe, amazing pool and jacuzzi, close to downtown, restaurants and the Legacy bike trail. Will definitely book again in the near future.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, local guidebooks, and extra towels. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and within a few miles away there is great restaurants and shops. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. They even gave us great local recommendations that made our trip even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is perfect. Everything you want in an air bnb and it’s exactly like it looks. My family and I were beyond happy with it. The pool is gorgeous. The location is amazing it’s legit 8 to 10 minutes away from pretty much anything you need or want to do. The house is quiet and the beds are super comfy. I would rent this place every year for a trip. Also the host is awesome! They were there for anything we needed or had questions about and are super nice and friendly people. When I got to the house, I was mesmerized by its splendor & the historical architecture, I felt like was transported into another dimension bck in time. And then I open the door.. WOW…What a beautiful & well decorated house. Everything is top-notch, the appliances, the entire house is remodeled, Casa Zara is super comfortable for an entire family, the beds, super comfy, pillows perfectly selected. I felt right at home, such a cozy atmosphere. The back yard is super gorgeous ! An Oasis of exotic plants everywhere you can see & private. I truly loved it & I can’t wait to re- visit her! Great location in Sarasota! The apartment was comfortable and very clean, and just a few minutes' drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Vanessa and Nicole were very responsive and gave us helpful instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a very cute little place with a beachy chic charm. Ed and Bunny were really welcoming and checked in via the app to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Ed even brought us delicious mangos from their tree! Even though the place was connected to their house it felt private and quiet. Im addition, the beautiful tropical plants and lizards scurrying along the path made it feel like a little exotic oasis in the city. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to visit again.

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

My husband, 2 ur old twins, and I stayed at this cute little studio and it was perfect!! The place was super clean and inviting and really close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The beach isn’t a far drive at all either! We absolutely loved this stay and will definitely be back!! The hosts were so sweet and made sure to give clear instructions and check on us through out our stay!! If you’re looking for a cozy getaway that’s close to the beach and has an abundant variety of restaurants this is it!! Thank you Vanessa & Nicole!!

Roy's place is amazing, I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area! It's private, close to the beach, and has everything you might need!

We enjoyed the beautiful aesthetics of the property! The inside was nicely decorated and the outdoor patio area was beautifully landscaped and felt very tropical. Everything was very clean with a nice king size bed. Felt very spacious, especially with 2 full bathrooms. Only downside is that it is hard to wheel in luggage from the driveway to the back of the house. If it was a concrete or paved path it would have been much easier to transport our luggage to the rear of the house. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely rent here again!

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

Clean and nice place. The apartment overlooks a small lake, which made it feel very cozy and peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

Five stars in every way. Location location location, everything is very close and convenient including the free shuttle that goes up and down the island. The home itself is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and the place is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, towels, anything you need. You do need to take some stairs to get to the unit, but if you’re comfortable with that pick this place. I reached out to Martha several times with questions about the island and she responded very quickly and was helpful every time.

Emily went above and beyond what I expected. I needed a cooler to go to the beach, and she also provided us with beach chairs. The house has everything you could need. There are board games. The Wi-Fi works great. I didn't use the kitchen, but it's fully equipped. I'll be back soon. Thank you so much, Emily, for your kindness and prompt response 😊

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Another wonderful trip to Siesta! This is our third stay in one of Evan’s places, and we were not disappointed. This unit had a great view of the Gulf (this particular building has the most direct view, without the parking lot!), and the screened in lanai was amazing! As always, the unit was clean, well-stocked, and a perfect home away from home. Already counting down the days till we return!
