We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. We highly recommend Aubrey’s place and will definitely stay here when we come back! Melissa and John

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for our son's sporting event for several days. It was exactly as described and more. It was clean and comfortable and there were so many "extras" that we do not usually experience in other rental properties. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supples, spices, coffee, and more (better than any rental we've stayed in). There is not one negative thing I can say about this place or the host. Honorata was extremely responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated as we needed to drop our luggage and go to an event. The location was great, a short drive to the beach, stores, etc. and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time we are in the area. Thank you Honorata and Conrad for a lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Melissa’s beautiful home in Sarasota! I visited with a friend and our two teenage boys, and the house was perfect for us. It was absolutely immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed — the kitchen had all the cooking essentials, and Melissa even left goody bags in each bathroom, plus laundry detergent, which was a great touch. The closets were huge — perfect for unpacking and settling in — and the master bedroom and bathroom felt truly 5-star. So spacious, comfortable, and luxurious! Melissa was incredibly responsive and helpful any time I reached out — always quick to reply and very kind. The home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to a lovely park and dog park. I highly recommend staying here. Don’t hesitate to book — you won’t be disappointed!

The house was exactly as described and was private and clean ! We loved the pool and how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is . Very much enjoyed our stay as first time guests .

Great place, we enjoyed the house so much, my wife and I really enjoyed it but our 15 yr old dog got a post vacation depression after being at this house. He was so happy and so were we. Great location, the house has everything you need to disconnect and enjoy few days by the pool. Andrew is a very quick responsive host. Perfect place, perfect days!

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Full of trees and traditional houses, very interesting architechture , mix between the old and the new . Cute backyard, perfect for families. the beds were very confy. We loved the place

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

My wife and I had a great time at this stay. Lots to do at the house along with great beaches and restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive. The house was clean and had everything that you might need. We were able to drive to Disney in just over an hour and a half which provided a different experience to go along with the daily beach/pool trips. Cool AC inside to combat the humid 88 degree weather in June 2025.

Large, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location near downtown Sarasota. Beautiful pool. Lucky and Jason are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay at this Airbnb. It was so clean and tidy. I loved having access to the pool and the parking was convenient to the unit. Ewelina was very responsive. The location was a short drive to everything we needed. Not many things in walking distance but we had a car so it was easy to get around. We would stay here again!

This house was spotless, organized and had a loaded kitchen! It is in a amazing location near the beaches and the house came loaded with beach equipment. I would love to come back. Birute was very helpful with us and responsive in timely manner Thansk for all!

Our family recently enjoyed staying at The Coastal on Hyde. The home was immaculate and the furniture and decor were both comfortable and beautiful. The pool was probably our favorite feature! Also, it was great to have beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas provided. Our hosts checked in with us several times to make sure our needs were being met. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again-it’s a wonderful property!

The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was in great shape and appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was squeaky clean down to the vacuum lines in the sofa. If you plan to make a trip to the beach, they have provided beach chairs, umbrella, football, sunblock, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would recommend anyone visiting Sarasota to check this place out. Definitely 5 stars!!!

We had a great, weeklong stay. This was actually one of the most seamless Airbnb stays I’ve ever had - instructions were clear and the house was as expected. Easy to get to all the nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The host was friendly, accessible and responsive.

Casa Limon was outstanding. The pool area was just perfect, as was the outdoor kitchen. Such a relaxing and quiet place! The place was huge on the inside—very spacious. Adam was prompt to assist with AC questions right upon arrival & we got that sorted pretty quickly. Very responsive host! We felt right at home here and loved the convenience of it being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet literally a 1-2 ride to the downtown restaurants, shops, etc. 7 minute ride to Lido Beach. 6 beach chairs and an umbrella which were great. Privacy in every bedroom—especially the master, which was important to us. Absolutely wonderful rental experience—would book again! Thanks so much, Adam! 😊

This house was adorable! Loved the decor - cute touches and uncluttered throughout. Drawers/cabinets were clearly labeled and there were all sorts of things there that you might have forgotten- even hair ties! Bed was comfortable. Whole place was cozy and comfy- I didn’t want to leave! Tons of great recommendations in the guest book by the front door. I wholeheartedly recommend this home!

This space was perfect for my friends and I. It’s very peaceful with an outdoor space to hang out in the beautiful Florida weather. The amenities included were amazing, we especially found an interest in the sand umbrella for the beach as well as some chairs! Also, having a washer and dryer is a BIG +++++

Beautiful Home looks just like the pictures. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us. Hot tub was very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We did not stay here very long but while we did we had everything we needed & had no issues. Would definitely come back
