Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Sarasota

The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was in great shape and appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was squeaky clean down to the vacuum lines in the sofa. If you plan to make a trip to the beach, they have provided beach chairs, umbrella, football, sunblock, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would recommend anyone visiting Sarasota to check this place out. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Large, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location near downtown Sarasota. Beautiful pool. Lucky and Jason are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Alexandra is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful. Her place is just as described, very convenient with the added bonus of parking directly at the entrance to the condo. The mattress is excellent!

Great stay at this Airbnb. It was so clean and tidy. I loved having access to the pool and the parking was convenient to the unit. Ewelina was very responsive. The location was a short drive to everything we needed. Not many things in walking distance but we had a car so it was easy to get around. We would stay here again!

The room was perfect. Megan was kind, helpful and responsive. The fenced in yard was great for my dogs. We will be returning and recommending the room to all our friends and family.

this place is great perfect for a quick get away. it's so close to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby. also Chris was very kind an responsive he had beach chairs an canopy that came in handy. cain't forgot about the hot tub it was perfect to end the night and relax.

Anubuy was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They made sure we felt right at home, and their attention to detail really stood out. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Ringling Retreat was a great spot to stay! Everything was very clean and there were several little touches that made us feel right home. Slippers to wear, new soaps and toothpaste, water in the fridge. It was very inviting and cozy. Not to mention my kids really enjoyed the circus theme! Mary was quick to answer what few questions we had. I would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay 😊

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. We highly recommend Aubrey’s place and will definitely stay here when we come back! Melissa and John

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located—just the right distance from the beach and Sarasota, which made getting around super easy. My brother and I really enjoyed our time there. Bonnie was a wonderful host—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again!

Ann is a SUPER-host! She is extremely responsive. Her property is in a quiet residential area, walkable to retail stores and sites. The description of the amenities were accurate and more importantly, the amenities worked. I had everything I needed for a week-long stay of play and work, including reliable wi-fi. Hope to return!

I really enjoyed my stay. The home was clean and well equipped. It was close to downtown , restaurants and shopping. Leonor was very accommodating . I was moving out of my home in Sarasota. She was flexible with timing and departure. Overall a lovely stay..

Nicole is an excellent host, she was very informative about any and everything a guest needs to know about her property. Checked in with me from time to time to see how things were going without being intrusive. The property was clean and comfortable but my main draw back was everything was dated and sparse. Little things that are normally available were missing like TV’s in bedrooms, iron and ironing board, pencil and paper etc. While none of these items were included in the description they are the things that make for cozy.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!
