Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Downtown Seattle

We had such a nice stay at this home. The space itself was super accommodating and comfortable, with a stunning view of Puget Sound and the city of Seattle. The porch looking over these views had a couch and little table and chairs which is where we spent most of our time. The location was perfect, out of the hustle and bustle of the city so it was nice and relaxing, but only a 10-15 minute drive to the stadium/arena and downtown so we were able to easily get to all of the that the city has to offer. We would definitely stay there again whenever we head out that way !

Julie’s property was exactly what we were looking for! It was close enough to the city downtown area that it was no more than a 15 minute drive anytime. The home is extremely well done, with unexpected amenities like heated bathroom floors. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoon, the outdoor space is quite nice. This property is a wonderful find!

Very clean. Todd provided a lot of fans which important to women of a certain age. lol. House was well stocked plenty of towels. He provided a variety of charging cords and charging stations. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.

This was the perfect place to stay while I was in town for a workshop nearby. The hosts were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow!! Beautiful one-bedroom apartment with a great location and stunning sunset views of Puget Sound. The check in instructions were thoughtfully prepared and spot-on. The water pressure in the bathroom shower is AMAZING! The west-facing view can warm up the place on a warmer day, but there are ample plug-in fans provided with doors and windows to open for a nice breeze to circulate through. Just fantastic! As someone often traveling to Seattle for work, i hope to continue staying here for a slight staycation feel.

This is a stunning home. The city view is spectacular. The cleanliness would pass a white glove 🧤 inspection 🧐. My group was blown away. I day dreamed about living there the whole of our stay. I also had the pleasure of meeting our host on arrival. She is lovely. Clear, friendly instructions. We honored the no shoes request with pleasure. The house was spotless. Thank you again. This place sets the standard in the short term rental business.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a month and we had such a great time! Betsy was a fantastic host. She was very responsive, helpful, and kind. The place clean and had everything we could possibly need. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you!!

We were in town for our son's college graduation at Seattle Pacific University and the location was perfect! It was easy to get to campus, close to good coffee (Ugly Mug - down the hill on) Dravus) and we could always find a parking spot in front of the house. The layout was perfect for the two of us and it was easy to have our son and partner over to hang out in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and the provided toiletries were delightful. We'd stay here again!

great location and fun place to stay!

Great host and beautiful apartment. Sweet outdoor space. Very quiet and clean with everything we needed for a nice stay. The unit has quite a few stairs leading up to it and steps inside to be aware of for elderly or those with physical challenges. Great stay and I would stay here again for sure.

This stay was excellent! We loved the interior decor and amenities - a very cozy place to come home to after rainy Seattle days. The hosts added nice touches like snacks, coffee, and sleeping earplugs. The neighborhood is walkable and on the same corner as the D Line to downtown, which made it very easy to explore the city with public transit. (In fact, during a week's stay, we didn't take an Uber a single time.) Awesome place, and I would stay again!

What a fantastic experience , apartment is superb in lovely area . Jocelyn and Steve have got things spot on , so nice for essentials and treats to be left . This is how things should be . Nice comfy bed and have to say a great sunset from balcony . It was a treat to stay here . We loved our stay in Seattle and going back again for 2 days after being in Alaska . Nice also to have transport tickets to use . Loved it .

It's our third time staying with Diana and Karin in their lovely Wallingford neighborhood home. I can't emphasize enough the convenience of location, amenities and local recommendations provided, and quick response time from our hosts. We absolutely love exploring Seattle's best through the comfort of a home away from home. I'll always recommend to stay here to enjoy Seattle and can't wait to book through them again soon! 😊

Julie's place was absolutely perfect! It had every amenity you could need, was super cute, wonderful neighborhood with a great park. Julie was also great with communication. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The one thing i would note is that if you're like me and have sensory issues the noise from the tv upstairs might bother you. (I did not say anything about this to Julie because i know it's a me issue) if i ever come back that way which hopefully i will i would love to stay again. Everything was wonderful and you created the perfect home away from home. Every night we actually felt like we were going "home" thanks again for your hospitality!!

This property was perfect for our group stay. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The home comfortably accommodated everyone, and the outdoor area—with its spacious patio and beautiful view—was a highlight. The kids especially enjoyed the basketball court and various games available. Overall, a great experience—we would gladly return.

I stayed here for the past month. It was a pleasant time for Haoru and her family, all friendly, and we would talk together and be like family. The house is clean and tidy, fully equipped, conveniently located, conveniently parking, and very close to the bus stop. The first time I was here, I felt warmth. It is worth recommending. Stay in 5 star luxury accommodations while enjoying the most iconic view in Seattle! Ken’s lux townhome is the perfect base for discovering Seattle. Within minutes you’re enjoying DT Seattle, Pike Place market, the Seattle Space needle, or any of the DT sports venues. Several outstanding markets, including Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market, as well as fish right off the boat at near by Salmon Bay are close if you decide to cook in the chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Ken is an outstanding host offering local insights to the Seattle culture. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative with the check in and check out process.

This is our 2nd time staying at Dewen's place and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time. If we had known we'd need an Airbnb for as long as we do, we would have planned to stay here the entire time. It is easily walkable to Starbucks, Fred Myers and several restaurants (5 minutes). A slightly longer walk will take you to Gilman Village where there are restaurants, shops and Issaquah Coffee Company. The location is private, peaceful (there is noise from the freeway and larger roads nearby, but it was not at all a problem for us) and beautiful. We often saw deer in the yard and saw tons of different kinds of birds. I enjoyed just sitting on the deck relaxing in the beautiful surroundings and our dogs loved running around sniffing at the mole hills. The living/dining areas are very spacious, as is the master bedroom. There is an additional bedroom and a loft if you have a larger party. I would gladly stay here any time we need an Airbnb in the area.

Exceeded all expectations. Home was extremely sizable, very well maintained, and in a great area in close proximity to quite a few conveniences.
