Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown Tacoma

We were careless enough to leave our iPad there. Jennifer has been incredibly helpful since we contacted her, assuring us that her cleaning staff will hold it, and planning to ship it to us after it is in her hands!

This place was so warm and cozy - it felt like my second home. The moment you enter the house itself, there’s a code set up for you so you feel safe and secure in the neighborhood. The unit I stayed in was upstairs and the decor/furniture were new, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. You can tell Anna spent time on all the details and functionality. Everything worked great, everything I needed was there, and I didn’t encounter any problem whatsoever. I will miss this place so much! Anna was a splendid host who communicated clearly, especially when I needed further instructions. She was accommodating and flexible at working with me to extend my stay since I was in the middle of finalizing my move to a new apartment in the Tacoma area. I’ll never forget my stay here. I highly recommend this place if you need a long retreat or an extended stay and have access to lots of restaurants and lots of things to see/do!

Great stay for work. Place was near to park, restaurants . House was clean and Erica was very helpful. There are times that the noise from the renters above can be bothersome but that is understandable. Overall, a great stay.

Booked our stay while we were on our way from California. Very responsive messaging and extremely flexible, easy check in. Location was exactly where we were hoping to stay, close to relatives so it was remarkable to find a property within blocks of them. Clean, well described and absolutely perfect for a couple. I have already saved this property into my favorites. Can’t wait for the next visit.

Lindsey's place was super clean and had all the amenities to make us feel comfortable and at home. Great attention to detail, she was also super helpful and flexible with checkout. It was a great place to spend the night before flying out of Seattle, and I would also suggest people interested in visiting Mt. Rainier would have an easy time using this as a home base.

Brian's place was very nice! It is an above garage unit, so I was a little scared about it being hot, but my first day there he put in the AC unit, and it cooled down and was very comfortable! He also chatted with me anytime we ran across each other and even offered me dinner one night! Very friendly and helpful. Great stay.

This past stay at Jeanette and Sam's lovely apartment was our 4th time staying with them and we hope to return there during our next visit to Puyallup. They are the best hosts always available to help if needed. Their place is always clean, welcoming and comfortable with a magnificent view of Mt. Rainier! We love staying there and highly recommend it to others.

Our stay was AMAZING! One of our most favorite places we’ve ever stayed! So beautiful with the most amazing views! Tons of space, inside and out! Impeccably clean and equipped for comfort. So private, peaceful, tranquil, and safe! Yet still just a short drive to get anywhere you need to go. The hosts are the nicest people we’ve ever met! At our request, they took their time to chat with us about the area and provided great guidance. They were so thoughtful about our needs, but also respect their guests privacy. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful experience on all fronts! We hope to be back again soon!

Immediately we were welcomed and Candace made sure that if we needed anything at all to just let her know. This is our second time staying at the Proctor Cottage. It’s very comfortable and close to great restaurants, coffee and shopping! On our list for future stays.

Absolutely love this place. The hosts are the best I’ve experienced- super accommodating and responsive. The apartment is perfect for one or two people and very comfortable. I enjoyed the sunny afternoons on the backyard. Can’t say enough… it’s a gem 💎

Absolutely loved staying here! The apt is so nicely decorated with almost every amenity that you would need for a long or short stay. Decent size rooms, bathrooms, open kitchen floor plan to a good size living room with a balcony. Can’t go without mentioning the huge bathtubs !!!The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe and for two travel nursing gals that was very important to us. wish we could’ve stayed at this location longer and if we take a contract out here again I so hope I’ll be able to book this place again. Also Nichole & Karie were absolutely amazing and so helpful with anything that we needed!

Overall, this was a good stay! We were traveling from out of state, and Tuan’s place was a good home base for a couple of nights. Transportation from the airport was easy, check-in was smooth, and it was within 20 minutes of all of the things we wanted to see/do. The bed was very comfortable, and while there is some noise outside (busy street), it is nothing out of the ordinary for a major city. Tuan was both responsive and helpful. My only wish was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit better. I would stay here again if visiting Seattle again!

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Amazing location, so convenient and incredible views. The apartment was lovely too.

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming casita, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is unbeatable, steps away from the water, offering breathtaking views of the Olympics and a serene atmosphere. The casita itself is beautifully designed, combining rustic charm with modern amenities. The interior was spotless, the large windows let in plenty of natural light and a espectacular view. We especially enjoyed sipping our morning coffee on the patio and we were lucky enough to spot two seals and a group of dolphins. Had no idea we had dolphins in Washington. The host was welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations.

This was my second time at the Woodsy Retreat and it was wonderful, again. Enjoyed a hike through the State Forest, the hot tub, and all the goodies and snacks! Perfect place to relax and get away from it all!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Gem of a spot. Jeff put a lot of thought into the design. Bathrooms got heated floors and double shower heads! Shout out Spencer for sharing!
