Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Tucson

I’ve stayed at this place a few times now and have never been let down. I noticed a deep clean has recently been done in the bathrooms. They were spotless! Location is very walkable with many food options close-by. The highlight for me is the living room view & balcony.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts were very responsive and the unit was very comfortable. I loved that it was downtown and in walking distance to public transport and many stores. The only thing is that the walls are thin. All in all it was a great experience.

This was the perfect spot to attend anything at the University of Arizona. Short distance away and the place was very accessible very clean and very quiet. Would absolutely stay there again.

My stay was wonderful, the place provided was so sweet and cozy! Not only was the host very attentive but they were SO kind! Perfect distance from some yummy coffee shops. Can’t wait to go back!
