Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Tulsa

We must say this was the most amazing place we have stayed at. When we checked in, we were speechless at the beauty of the place. The place was immaculate and felt homey. The beds were so wonderful to sleep in, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The sheets and towels were A+. We had everything we needed for the kitchen and the bathrooms were so clean.. Brenda was a wonderful host and gave us great directions on how to get into her place, and basically we just had to get out of the car, walk in, take a shower and go to bed . It was very private and everything we needed was not too far down the road and we would definitely stay here again. This is one of those places that you go and if you’re back in that area again, you book over and over and over. Thank you for everything , Windsong

5 Stars – Peaceful Stay for Tulsa Tough A quiet, cozy spot perfect for relaxing. The space was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. Great location in a nice neighborhood, and the host was kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, spacious home. Comfortable beds and living spaces. Easy in and out and the gate made it feel very safe.

The entire experience was easy. The apartment was quiet, peaceful and all the accommodations of home were at my fingertips. It is a close drive to the shops at South Peoria, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, The Gathering Place and the River Walk. Deep couches are a sweet spot for me to curl up with a book or just relax at the end of the day. I look forward to a return visit.

This place is amazing! Very cozy, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Despite being in a busy street with lots of great bars and restaurants, the place is super quiet at night so I had wonderful sleeps. The gym is on the same floor so it’s just a few steps away. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

I had a fantastic one-month stay at Stephen’s Airbnb. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle free. Stephen was an excellent host. responsive, attentive, and always checking in to ensure everything was going well. I truly appreciated his hospitality and would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Can’t wait to get back to Tulsa and stay here again. Six of us thoroughly enjoyed The Union Building and it was so spacious, relaxing and fun! The hosts were over the top responsive and communicated during and after our stay. Highly recommend staying here and any of the hosts’ other locations.

Amy was a wonderful host. We happened to cross paths at check in and she was very kind, had some great recommendations for some local restaurants and things to do. House was very cute and clean. Great location. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Amy!

After quite a few years of staying in short-term rentals, I can safely say this is one of the very best places we have ever stayed. Cute little house, great for two couples to stay comfortably - each with their own bathroom. Everything you need is there, and the wifi worked well. Being able to park in an actual garage was a real plus. Very clean and well-appointed with nice decor. Sort of wished that we were staying longer. If we are ever in Tulsa again, this would be our first choice.

12/10 ! Perfect place for my out of state family visiting for a wedding! The home was clean and quiet, with comfy beds and great bedding. They loved the spaciousness, and the fun touches made their trip to Tulsa even better. The location is perfect and there’s plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. Urban is a great and responsive host. As a local, I highly recommend this home.

This airbnb could not be better. Super cute home in a nice neighborhood. Big kitchen, comfortable rooms and beds. Our family of 8 slept comfortably here (3 kids in the king bed, 2 in a queen, and 1 on the couch). There are curtains or blinds on every window including the living room so not even the couch sleeper was awoken by light streaming in. All the kitchen essentials were there, the fridge was clean, and the washer/dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen (with a counter on top for folding!). Cute front porch, AC worked well. Clean home. 9 minute drive to The Gathering Place and multiple running trails within a short distance of the home. When we return to Tulsa, I won't even bother looking for an alternative place to stay. This was perfect!

friggin perfect. great location, spacious, cozy. completely worth the affordable price, great spot to stay and the host was helpful and awesome.

If you need 3 or more nights in Tulsa this is an excellent place to stay. The screened porch is usable for every season in Oklahoma weather, it extends the living space a great deal. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths is super. The home is stocked with everything you would need to live as though you were in your own home. This was our second stay in this home and it's thoughtful attention to detail and it's quality is why we booked it again.

Tandra's place was beautifully decorated, nicely equipped and very comfortable. They thought of all the extras one would need (including a much needed steamer). We also moved the hanging chairs outside. The location was great and close to everything off Route 66 and Mother road market. Tandra was very responsive for any questions. We would definitely stay with Tandra again.
