Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown, Winnipeg

I spent a month at Jeremy's place, as I had to go to Winnipeg for work. Pros: - you have most of amenities for your day to day life. - very good value for money - the place's a bit smaller than the images would suggest, but for one person it's absolutely perfect, still doable for a couple - very walkable area, for someone who had to go almost on a daily basis in downtown, it was perfect. The suite is right near a school but the noise was never an issue, I'd say is a plus because it made the surroundings feel more alive. Cons: - I'd often smell an unpleasant scent inside and in the immediate area of the building around the neighborhood, not sure what. Maybe some fertilizer used by neighbours? - the apartment's door feels a bit fragile and doesn't really insulate from the buildings hallway. At night when some neighbour would get into the building and open his own door it sounds as if they are trying your door. Although the neighborhood looks generally safe A good experience overall

This was a great stay while we were visiting for the Manitoba Marathon. Very close to the stadium and walkable. Quiet and safe location. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at this lovely home! It was clean, cozy, cute, exactly as described, and absolutely perfect :) The space was super relaxing and had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The beds were also really comfortable! The location was quiet and peaceful, and its close proximity to everything made things super convenient! Karl was a fantastic host -- very friendly, a great communicator, and always quick to respond, which made the whole experience stress-free. We’d 100% recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. The bed is comfortable. If you are sensitive to noise, there is quite a bit of noise transfer from the second floor.

I absolutely lovedd staying at Kaelins! The place is so beautiful and clean. I loved that there was parking in the front and back, just what i needed. I would definitely stay here again!!

I am a regular user of this house, and each year Rebecca manages to present the accommodation in a very fresh light. The welcome feel is reflected by Rebecca's genuine interest in the welfare and comfort of her guests , and her friendly personality shines through I will be back.

#4 was wonderfully comfortable, with the bed and pillows exceptionally amazing for our travel worn bodies. We hadn't had such a restful night in weeks. The unit was clean, the building quiet, and it had all that we needed for our short stay, including surprise snacks! Parking right out front is an added bonus.

A Truly Exceptional Stay I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than my stay here! The suite is beautiful—bright and welcoming, impeccably clean, thoughtfully equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated having a washer and dryer and an electric charger for my car. The location is ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from everything you might need. I loved exploring the walking trail right behind the house. The list of local recommendations provided was incredibly helpful, and I absolutely adored the Thai restaurant they suggested. Quite a few delicious and thoughtful surprises throughout my stay here made me feel very spoiled! Most importantly, I felt completely safe and cared for throughout my stay. The Hacktons are wonderful hosts, and it’s clear they’ve poured love and intention into creating a place that feels peaceful, welcoming, and full of heart. This is the kind of Airbnb you remember long after you leave.

My experience at LaPaix Stays was truly wonderful. The check-in process was flexible, clear, and easy, making me feel at home from the start. The space was spotless — furniture, linens, kitchen, and bathrooms were spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. The photos and description were completely accurate, matching exactly what I found upon arriving. Jonathan was a thoughtful and responsive host, always available to help and make my stay comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful, with nearby parks, restaurants, a grocery store, and a gas station. It’s also a short drive away from Kildonan Mall, Costco, Canadian Tire, Walmart, Superstore, Home Depot, cinema, and more — adding even greater convenience. I want to say a big “Thank you” to Jonathan for making my stay so restful and enjoyable. I wish I could give LaPaix Stays more than 5 stars, and I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future!

A great place for our family to stay, loved walking to several of the local restaurants, would totally recommend Stella’s for a meal and La Belle Boulangerie for amazing croissants. We visited BOTH places several times, live music at Stella’s and eating outside in the enclosed courtyard was a highlight. We loved hanging out in the evening listening to D’s records and playing games. Great vibe, great location!

house was beautiful, very spacious,clean,bedrooms were big,you didn't cramped, great tv with wifi,only think I didn't like was the sound of water inside the walls, we didn't use the towels we had our own and our own coffee pods.

From the clear check-in instructions to the quick and accommodating responses to my requests, this place had everything I could ask for during my stay in Winnipeg. The hosts, Vipan and Chaman, were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The space was spotless, easily accessible, and situated in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. Had a fantastic stay at Brett’s place, the home was very easy to get in so we had a smooth check in. It was neat and tidy when we walked in and the bed and bathrooms were clean.

Beautiful and secure neighborhood with a fenced yard. The home was spacious, clean, and conveniently located. The best feature is definitely the spacious bathroom and huge spa shower! We enjoyed our stay. ☺️

Darcy and Michelle’s Cottage has the cutest vintage charm. Felt right at home. So very clean, smelled delish, and had the most comfortable bed. Had great little comforts like extra blankets, all I needed to cook great meals, and thoughtful “forgot it” bins. Personally spent most of my time in the little sunroom in the front, made the stay that much more amazing. They were incredibly communicative and proactive in their messages. Nicely furnished, clean and very comfortable. The hosts are great; respond quickly and communicate well. You need a car to get around since it is on a busy street with few stores/restaurants nearby, but the dedicated parking space addresses that. Close to the university and safe, I would recommend to fellow travelers!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect location for attending a show at the Canada Life Centre. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated that Roy provided clear instructions related to parking and upgraded amenities like snacks, a Nespresso machine, power reclining sofa and plenty of towels. The building’s roof top lounge/patio area was a bonus- it’s an excellent place to hang out in the evening and play a game of pool. Of note if you’re a light sleeper- the unit overlooks Portage Ave and the road noise at night can be loud at times

Quite possibly one of the most well-equipped rental units we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in a lot!). Marco, our host, is an excellent communicator. Readily available and he responded to any questions with little delay. Great location, clear concise instructions, and super easy access provided you don’t need an elevator. Very comfy bed! Intimidating looking shower but after about 90 seconds, we figured it out. Now we want one! Just a lovely unit. Will definitely stay again.
