We had great days in Lemmer. The apartment is clean and tidy and located right in the center! We will be happy to come back.

What a great place, to stay at. I would recommend it to anybody visiting the area. Also the home is very pleasant to stay, very clean, lovely views from th living room, over the pond and the fields. Very quiet location for sleeping. The breakfast is very complete with fresly baked breads and croissants. And Cathie was so kind to let us pet her horses and goats. Thank you for a very nice stay, Cathie!

It was just great! One of the most beautiful accommodations we have visited so far. With so much attention to detail, Janet and Auke have created a feel-good oasis that leaves nothing to be desired. A wonderful place to relax, recharge your batteries and enjoy both the beautiful home and the surroundings to the fullest. Thanks to both of them for the very fine, delicious and cuddly welcome greetings! I'm sure we'll be back.

Thea is a super nice, friendly hostess. The front house, of the monumental farm, where we stayed was spacious, beautifully renovated, authentic with beautiful views of meadows, the sheep and chickens, the front house offered sufficient privacy. The bed and the furniture was fine and also in the garden was spacious garden furniture available. There was plenty of fresh linen. Zuidvelde is rural and offers plenty of opportunities for cycling or hiking. We visited Groningen and Assen, and the prison museum in Veenhuizen. We had a great time at Thea's, and would love to come back when the opportunity arises.

Beautiful modern home decorated with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. We loved it all around, everything was very well maintained and clean. Sem was accessible at all times and helped us. Thank you for the time.

Large windows in the open concept apartment made it very bright. I enjoyed sitting and looking out the window at the busy pedestrian street below. Very central.

We spent 4 nights at this place, and absolutely loved it! The location is in the country along a canal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. What a gem! I highly recommended this place to others!

The only issue is that the ceiling in the upstairs loft is 190cm so if you're tall this cute cottage isn't probably ideal.

What a wonderful stay! For the second time we enjoyed this beautiful and cozy cottage. Anything you need is present – from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds that you sleep wonderfully on. The cottage is neatly clean and exudes really warmth and coziness. Located in a charming and cozy street, it immediately feels like coming home. The host is friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended – we'd love to come back!

One small and cozy cottage, with a large garden where you can choose sun or shade. Very quiet location, close to bicycle and hiking junctions. De Weerribben Nature Park is just a stone's throw away. Swimming pool Tolhekken is also recommended.

Great apartment, very nicely decorated. It was not one of the usual very clean anonymous apartments, but simply a home.

We had a wonderful week. The house has all the comforts, including a very nice kitchen. The sun in the front garden was also nice, where we could have had a quiet breakfast. The location is nice and quiet, so we were really able to sleep very well. In the area we enjoyed the nature, the tranquility and the friendly people. The reception was warm and personal, even our dog Bettie received a warm welcome. All in all recommended, we will definitely come back there. Finally, I would also like to mention Dokkum, a very nice town with special shops and good restaurants. Thank you Coen and Anne (and Marianne) for this beautiful, nice week. We had a great time with six adults. The space was good for the six of us. Monique and Peter sent very clear instructions about the accommodation. Immediately after booking, we were informed that a number of sleeping places are accessible with a somewhat steeper staircase. Very thoughtful but was also clear from the description and the photos. Beautiful view, beautiful, very large garden. Sauna was wonderful all in combination with the outdoor shower. Space to put the bikes down dry, very nice. Being able to charge your car is also a plus. And Peter and Monique were super nice. We even got a discount on the use of the sauna because they found it annoying that the weather was not so good. I can accommodate anyone who wants to get away from it all with a few people and enjoy the peace and space that is available.

Typical Dutch cottage – charming, cozy and exactly as described. We felt very comfortable. The only small point: we would have found a microwave practical at times. The location is ideal as a starting point for bike tours in all directions. Highly recommend for those seeking tranquility and nature!

We enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time in Midwolde. It was easy to start our bike tours from here. The sauna and all other amenities were outstanding! A very tasteful intererior design. The beds were so comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay!

The best neighborhood , a minute walk from downtown and a place that feels just like home! Timnette and her husband welcomed us to their beautiful home and very lovely people . We checked in early because we arrived early but enjoyed the walk straight after in the area. Plenty of restaurants around , supermarket is 5 minutes walking and home was fully equipped with everything. I wish we stayed for longer it was th perfect holiday home. Thank you for making our stay super memorable with my mother 🫶🏼

The apartment Zwaluw has a very nice view from the large balcony. Hosts were very accommodating, friendly, concerned about our well-being and warm. For longer stays, bed linen and towels were exchanged and residual waste was disposed of. Thus highly recommended. Gladly again, best regards, Sabine and Andreas.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was polite, very responsive, and maintained great communication throughout. The location is excellent—close to everything I needed—and the apartment was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely book again and highly recommend both the host and the apartment.

Our stay at Christel's was perfect! The house is welcoming, clean, comfortable, spacious. The bed is really comfortable! After a good day of sightseeing, it's very nice to return to this quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature. You can easily reach the city center by car in less than 10 minutes. Christel is an attentive host. We'll be happy to go back!

Jolanda's place was perfect for our 1 month stay. The patio was great for sunny breakfasts. Small town with everything you need. We made some great friends in town. Lively on weekends and quieter during the week. Centrally located to other fun towns. There is about a 10 min walk to the train station. Highly recommend this Airbnb and town.

Super nice accommodation, right on the river and a nice garden next door. Henkjan is very nice and approachable for questions. Top location for cycling, easily accessible by car and a totally dog-friendly area! If you want, you can ask Henkjan about a boat trip.
