The area also received pingos as a gift from the Ice Age. Located in the middle of 2 national parks: Lauwersmeer and the Alde Feannen. Ideal cycling and hiking area.

The former garage has now been converted into a guest house with all the amenities of a modern studio. Close to the Alde Feanen nature reserve and close to the water sports village of Earnewald, but also our capital Leeuwarden is easily accessible. Beautiful area for cycling or hiking. There is plenty to do in the Alde Feanen for water sports enthusiasts. A day trip to one of the Wadden Islands is also possible.
