Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Our cosy, air-conditioned 4-star studio in an Istrian stone house with sea views is for individualists. Divided into two studio apartments (the top used by host), it's in a small settlement on the Ucka mountain. Guests treasure the idyllic herb garden with its many magical places to sit. The studio has its own private garden, but guests may use all outdoor spaces. Tip: Avoid the crowds. Come in May/June. All prices include tourist taxes and final cleaning. Note: we are strictly non-smoking.

Unser Aufenthalt in Brunas Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft. Das Apartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet und vermittelt sofort ein Gefühl von Zuhause. Besonders beeindruckend war die atemberaubende Aussicht – wir haben jeden Abend auf dem Balkon verbracht und die Umgebung in vollen Zügen genossen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Bruna und ihre Familie: Der frühe Check-in und der späte Check-out waren für uns ideal und wurden völlig unkompliziert ermöglicht. l'appartamento è funzionale e accogliente per la vita da mare, con uno spazio esterno molto piacevole per cenare e tutto il necessario per cucinare e trascorrere la vacanza. Ranka e Dorian sono stati sempre disponibili e accoglienti. siamo stati tre notti e abbiamo cambiato spiaggia ogni giorno, in un tempo ragionevole abbiamo trovato baie splendide, ma anche la spiaggia vicina ha un mare molto bello. Veglia si raggiunge in 10 minuti. siamo stati molto bene.

Wunderschöne Villa am Rande der süßen Stadt Bale. Man ist in 15 min mit dem Rad am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 min mit dem Auto. Der Pool halb im Wohnzimmer ist der Hammer und angenehm warm. Marko und Dunja sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.
