This beautiful vacation home is located on the Hondsrug at the edge of the state forests and is located in a small-scale bungalow park. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with sun all day, but also plenty of shady spots. Within walking distance in the forest is the beautiful swimming lake 't Nije Hemelriek. There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

Wij wonen zelf in het monumentale treinstation van Exloo uit 1903, aan de NOLS spoorlijn, van Zwolle tot Delfzijl. deze spoorlijn is opgericht in 1899 en opgeheven in 1945. Deze spoorlijn is nu een mooi wandelpad! Naast ons huis staat een geheel vrijstaande en gloednieuw gerenoveerde woning van 2 verdiepingen met genoeg privacy en eigen ingang voor max. 6 pers. Er is gratis parkeerruimte, en een eigen terras in gehele privacy.

There is ample (free!) parking. The entire upper house is more than half of this Villa with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. The minimum booking is 8 people 2 nights. It is a former Sunday school, located behind the church of a small village in Drenthe. It is furnished as a fully-fledged guest house and for rent for at least one weekend, maximum 3 weeks. It is furnished for two people. It is right on the edge of the forest, you can immediately enter a forest from the cottage, with great hiking opportunities, both for the walk around the nearby lake+partner as well as for a sporty walk. The cottage is non-smoking.

Het modern ingerichte huisje ligt aan de rand van Haren en grenst aan een natuurgebied. Het lichte huisje heeft een grote woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar je privé tuin aan het water. Er is een gezellige open haard aanwezig. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in de woonkamer bevindt zich een tv, radio en WIFI. Het huisje heeft twee slaapkamers voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers hebben een eigen douche.
