Very cozy, spacious and clean accommodation with everything. Friendly and very helpful owners.

Thea is a super nice, friendly hostess. The front house, of the monumental farm, where we stayed was spacious, beautifully renovated, authentic with beautiful views of meadows, the sheep and chickens, the front house offered sufficient privacy. The bed and the furniture was fine and also in the garden was spacious garden furniture available. There was plenty of fresh linen. Zuidvelde is rural and offers plenty of opportunities for cycling or hiking. We visited Groningen and Assen, and the prison museum in Veenhuizen. We had a great time at Thea's, and would love to come back when the opportunity arises.

Beautiful modern home decorated with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. We loved it all around, everything was very well maintained and clean. Sem was accessible at all times and helped us. Thank you for the time.

Guest-friendly hostess, were welcomed with a warm welcome. House is sparkling clean. Thinks gladly with you gives tips about the area. Can use the campsite capfun, which has plenty of activities for the children. We'd love to come back.

We spent three wonderful nights with our daughter of 5 in the pipo wagon. Camping deluxe, complete with wood fire, sauna and hot tub on the property. Really a nice place, also for small children.

Perfect place – All-round carefree feel-good oasis! 🌿✨ Our stay at this fantastic place in the Netherlands was just perfect! Already upon arrival, we were surprised with a lovingly furnished and well-equipped apartment. Everything has been thought of here! Not only was the kitchen fully equipped, but there were also numerous extras available: coffee, tea, sugar, eggs, milk – and even cakes, mayonnaise and ketchup! A wonderful gesture that made us feel immediately welcome. There were also plenty of towels, blankets, and linens, so there was nothing missing. The stylish furnishings and loving decoration made the apartment a real oasis of well-being. Another highlight was the direct access to the garden, which allowed us additional relaxation. In short: perfect comfort, warm hospitality and a place where you feel right at home. We enjoyed every minute.

The stay at Jaap's was great. The place was just as described, clean and tidy. I've been to Jaap's place twice and would go a third time.

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is very spacious, with several kitchens and dining tables, but everyone also fit at 1 dining table. There were plenty of plates and so on, which was very nice. And it was all sparkling clean!

We spent a wonderful week in this fantastically beautiful holiday home! Together with friends, our children and their children, we were able to enjoy the peace and nature to the fullest. The house is very tastefully decorated, absolutely clean and leaves nothing to be desired – you immediately feel comfortable. The surroundings are idyllic and perfect for families: the children were allowed to visit sheep and move freely on the adjacent pasture. They were also particularly enthusiastic about the orchard, where we were allowed to pick to our heart's content. There is a cozy restaurant nearby, fresh honey from their own beekeeper and eggs from the chickens right on site - simply wonderful! The hostess was very friendly, spoke very good German and was particularly warm in dealing with the children. We felt completely welcome and can recommend this place without reservation.

The accommodation was in a beautiful environment, even if all the accommodation was not fully completed, it was absolutely not a problem for access to the chalet, and it was really very quiet and peaceful. The instructions for accessing the property were clear. The accommodation was impeccable: tidy, clean and nicely decorated, and new on top of that. The indoor temperature was pleasant. For those who plan to cook there, perhaps plan to bring your own products. However, there was the minimum necessary (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea). There is a freezer, not in the house, but in the cabin adjoining the house, a washing machine too). Apart from that, the house is nice, the wifi works well. We had a great stay, in a relaxing setting. The price of the accommodation is deserved, because it is a beautiful modern and new chalet I recommend it without hesitation. We had a great stay.

We were traveling with two small children. The house was perfectly furnished, equipped and even in bad weather there were enough excursion destinations in the area (e.g. indoor playground, swimming pool). We will be happy to come back!

If you want a weekend away in the Netherlands (in our case) and also with 2 adults and 4 children, you pay the main price everywhere for a place to stay. For this house, it was just fun and completely for the luxury we got in return, but also that there was also something left to do some things with the children next to the stay alone. And the contact was very nice, understanding and with quick responses. Was a weekend what felt like a week.

really nice house to spend some days

we had a nice time in the house and think it is a special place. the closet beds were great for the children and we enjoyed it very much, a lot of space in the kitchen and in the living room.

The best neighborhood , a minute walk from downtown and a place that feels just like home! Timnette and her husband welcomed us to their beautiful home and very lovely people . We checked in early because we arrived early but enjoyed the walk straight after in the area. Plenty of restaurants around , supermarket is 5 minutes walking and home was fully equipped with everything. I wish we stayed for longer it was th perfect holiday home. Thank you for making our stay super memorable with my mother 🫶🏼

I recently stayed at Angelina’s condominium in Groningen and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—right in front of a bus stop and situated in a clean and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. There’s a nice dining area and a cozy living room, but what I loved most was the charming loft bedroom. Every morning, I enjoyed a cup of coffee with breakfast, a peaceful routine that made my stay even more enjoyable. The only challenge was the room temperature, which felt a bit chilly for someone like me who’s used to tropical weather. However, it was part of the unique experience and didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Groningen.

We felt welcome with these friendly hospitable people. They have a beautiful garden with all kinds of cozy corners with unobstructed views that you can use.

We had a great stay in Erica. Unlike the pictures and description, there was no oven in the apartment. However, you can use a shared kitchen. Very nice and well-maintained apartment.

A lovely little apartment in the centre of the city.

Nice studio with everything you need (modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen) in the center of Roden. Parking at the door. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. At the same time on the edge of the forest and therefore a good starting point for walks. In the house also all kinds of leaflets and information about the (wide) surroundings. Nice extra were the board games to play. Very pleasant contact with the hostess. We enjoyed it.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Christel’s place; she and her husband are very kind people; they responded quickly to all our requests and were very helpful. The apartment is comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the quietness of the area. It is definitely a place we are recommending!

Jolanda's place was perfect for our 1 month stay. The patio was great for sunny breakfasts. Small town with everything you need. We made some great friends in town. Lively on weekends and quieter during the week. Centrally located to other fun towns. There is about a 10 min walk to the train station. Highly recommend this Airbnb and town.
