The apartment is located in a very peaceful and quiet area. A few steps away there is a piadineria with a bar, a Coop supermarket, a Despar, and a bakery. The center, with all other services (pharmacy, bank, various shops), is about 200 meters away. Guests can use the terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. There is an uncovered parking lot for cars and the option of using a garage to store bicycles or motorcycles.
