We really enjoyed ourselves. The kids had a blast with the pool and playset. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here again when coming to Tucson.

Joseph was very helpful answering questions before arrival and during. He responded very quickly anytime we reached out to him. The home is very nice. Well taken care of and clean. The kitchen was quite complete with everything we needed. We always felt relaxed being there. The outside is very private. It is right on a major street and there is some traffic noise sometimes. It never bothered us, though. Having coffee or reading in the covered patio was very enjoyable. The patio furniture was comfortable. The primary bed's mattress could be firmer, but it was not uncomfortable. Heed Joseph's note about the pool not being heated. The high temps were in the 90-100 range, but we found the pool temperature to be a bit cooler than we were liked. This is NOT Joseph's fault; he gave adequate notice that it was not heated, except by the sun. We like a pool that is on the warm side and had hoped that the sun would have heated it more. Kids probably would not notice. We had a great time anyway!

We had a wonderful three-night stay. The pool was clutch during the 110-degree days, and the house was wonderfully cool. The kitchen is very well-stocked with cooking utensils, spices, cooking spray, tea, a French press, and a regular coffee maker. The decor is amazing and so thoughtfully put together. The house is located within a short walk to 4th Avenue and the university. The hosts were responsive and instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. I've already recommended this place for my in-law's friends who come and stay during the gem show, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Home was amazing! It was perfect for our staycation for Fathers Day and Birthdays. The pool was great for the hot weekend and rooms were comfy. Would definitely recommend staying.

First of all, we were unsure about whether to stay here because of the internet comments from other reviewers. Second, day one, we learned that these comments were completely unwarranted or at least outdated. From start to finish, we were taken care of by Jen and had a BEAUTIFUL place to stay. Sometimes, we just hung in the hammock after cooking and watched the yard and road. If you’re like me and have fifteen tabs open to fifteen different places, do yourself a favor and just book this spot. It’s the best one we found and stands so much higher than the rest. This may have been my best Airbnb experience.

Great spot in a renovated adobe building. Very cool place with neat built-in furnishings like a record player and clothing storage closet. Perfect location with easy access to nearby restaurants like 5 Points that we liked so much we returned to several times.

We had an excellent stay! Wonderful place to share with family in a quiet location, not too far from main attractions in Tucson, surrounded by beautiful mountain and cactus views. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Would recommend!

Wonderful, peaceful location. Many little extras through out the house. little treats, bathroom well furnished with everything you need. The was exactly what we enjoy when away from home.

This house was beyond our expectations. With the fair price and the wide space available with amenities such as a clean pool, our stay was pleasant. Loved the bedrooms and would rent again!

Todd's place was exactly as described and a perfect spot to stay near campus for a week. The amenities worked as expected, and I enjoyed having a washer, dryer, and full kitchen. It was very hot during my stay, but the AC worked fine, and the bedroom had a ceiling fan, so I had no problems staying comfortable. The area is nice (although the streets outside are not lit well, so be aware in case that makes you nervous) and close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. I would rent again!

This place was absolutely perfect for our month long stay. Plenty of room and had everything we needed. Pool and Hot Tub were clean and well maintained. We are retired and travel full time, this is by far one of the best places we have stayed. We are from the area and come back to visit often. Location is close enough to everything you need access to. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.

Our stay was excellent and stress-free. Casa Divina is spacious, yet very cozy. With Tucson being as "warm" as it is, it cooled very well. Highly recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Vicki's place. The location is perfect for getting to downtown, 4th street and UA. The little market, pizza and coffee shop down the street was so convenient! The studio was cozy, comfy and felt very safe and relaxing I will definitely be staying again!

We enjoyed our stay, the home was lovely. A lot of good options within a short drive, we would stay here again.
