Luminous renovated 75m², high ceilings and very charming apartment with a sophisticated decoration and in the heart of the trendy Chatelain area (close to Louise and his high standing shops). The apartment is located 200m from one of the best bakeries of Brussels "Saint-Aulaye". The area is full of little designer shops, concept stores, trendy bars and restaurants and there's a lovely market every Wednesday on the main square located 400m from the apartment. The apartment is 67 m². Very bright and silent. It 's next to the Dillens (a bar where you can get a break first), The justice's palace and the "Door Louise". It's perfect for business traveler alone or a couple, not for people who don't share intimacy. This old house has been transformed to isolate noise from one apartment to another and it's for quiet people only. The district is quiet, the street very low traffic. the bedroom is on the garden's side. I'm living in the house.

You will be in a quiet area while being close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and local shops. The public transport necessary to move in Brussels is at 100m. Close to the Avenue Louise, the Grand-Place and the city center.

Maisonette on the top floor flooded with light with a large roof terrace. The apartment has been completely renovated. The apartment offers a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, a daylight bathroom with a spacious shower, a separate toilet and the beautiful living room with the spacious terrace. The attic, accessible by a small staircase, offers two additional beds. A small kitchen equipped with microwave and ceramic hob completes the whole.
