Friendly guesthouse on a horsefarm

THE PIONEER Guesthouse The Pioneer is suitable for 4 persons. The apartment has downstairs a livingroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. On the split level floor (open vide) you find the bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (all boxspring). There is an extra bed and a baby cot free available. Bedlinen, towels etc. are all included. Lelymare Lodge is situated in the organic agricultural area in Lelystad. In recent years the agricultural activities have made room for a horsefarm. Apart from the young quarterhorses that live in herds at Lelymare, there are our dogs, cats, chickens (free eggs!), geese, guinea-fowls and a peacock walking about. On the footpaths along the meadows you can discover all aspects of Lelymare. The surroundings of Lelymare offer much opportunity for hikers, cyclists, watersports and horse riding. Because of its central position in Holland you can make day-trips from Lelymare to tourist-attractions and historic towns all over the Netherlands. The famous Oostvaardersplassen (The New Wilderness) are nearby. The price of € 90 per night is based on 2 persons. For 3 or 4 persons we charge €25 pp extra. BIJTIEN is een zelfstandig klein huisje met blauwe luiken, aan de rand van de Veluwe, voor 2 volwassenen. Dit tiny-house heeft een woonkamer met keukenblokje, een luxe douche met toilet op de begane grond. De slaapkamer is op de verdieping. Terras met buitendouche. Optioneel is de hottub bij te boeken voor 40 euro voor max 2 opeenvolgende avonden. Iedere nieuwe gast krijgt schoon water in de hottub! De Veluwe met veel fiets- en wandelroutes is op ca. 1 km afstand. Fietsen kunnen in de berging.

Vanuit het appartement fiets of wandel je eenvoudig naar de Oostervaardersplassen en het Oostvaardersveld. Aan de andere kant van de stad ligt Natuurpark Lelystad en met de boot kan je vanuit de haven naar de Marker Wadden om vogels te spotten Of bezoek je liever het gezellige Bataviastad Fashion Outlet , ga je een dagje vissen bij Toms Creek of breng je een bezoek aan het Aviodrome? Ook het knusse Enkhuizen, modern Almere en de Hanzestad Harderwijk zijn eenvoudige aan te rijden in +/- 30min

Cozy family house with lake view near Amsterdam

Een verrassend veelzijdige woning aan de rand van water en natuur. De woning is zonnig, ruim en comfortabel en biedt ruimte tot 5 personen. Met extra reiswieg en kinderstoel voor kleine kinderen. Met de Oostvaardersplassen als achtertuin, Markermeer op loopafstand en Bataviastad binnen handbereik. Er is alle ruimte om te watersporten, fietsen, wandelen, mountainbiken, vissen, klimmen en shoppen. Ook voor cultuur en architectuur. Binnen het uur van steden als Amsterdam, Utrecht en Zwolle.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Elburg - Fortress "Bij de jufferen"

This monumental residence (1850) with many authentic details is located in the medieval fortress of Elburg. On the first floor is the private entrance. You can also put your bikes there. On the first floor (old steep staircase😉) you will find a cozy living room with kitchen. Also here is the staircase to the loft where the bedroom is. You have access to your own kitchen with ( simple) cooking facilities. The green rampart is 50 meters away and you have a view of the historic church tower

Our B&B is located in Oldebroek, centrally located on the nature-rich Veluwe with its many cycling routes and hiking trails. The Room Our B&B has all the comforts. A living room and a complete kitchen. In our bedroom with mural, there is room for two people. The house is also equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine.

This unique home was built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the edge of forest and sand drift. The Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the area. Downstairs, everything is on the ground floor. People with physical disabilities are also welcome. (Help from the host, is possible based on availability. He is a nurse) Pets are not allowed (except for service dogs). No parties! No smoking in the house.

Enjoy the tranquility and yet within walking distance of the city center and the train station. The vast forests and heaths are in the immediate vicinity. Lovely to go for a bike ride and/or a walk. The cottage has its own entrance and cozy garden and the possibility to store and charge your bicycles. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and a Nespresso Vertuo machine (including cups) and milk frother. Everything is available to enjoy.
