Full size kitchen (stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker & kettle) & bathroom (shower only). 32 inch TV with a Firestick, there is no cable. There is WIFI. Sleeps 4. 1 queen bed on the main level & 2 single beds in the loft (ladder access only) Screened in porch with BBQ ( new in 2024) And a deck in front of the porch with more seating. Heated in the winter with propane.

Here you can unplug from life and reconnect with nature.This is a place to relax and recharge. You will find a beautiful four season off grid yurt(no electricity,running water), access to a fire pit and barbeque for cooking. Enjoy the river, sunsets, and incredible night skies as well as the wildlife, including otters, bears, deer, birds and bald eagles in the fall!

Drummond Island - Whits End Boathouse

Welcome to Whit’s End on beautiful Drummond Island! We are excited to share our boathouse with you here in the historic Whitney Bay area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck listening to Loons and watching nearby freighters navigate Lake Huron. The sunsets over Whitney Bay are truly spectacular. The living space is located on the second floor of our renovated boathouse. We run a small pottery shop on the main level, so you may notice occasional activity during the day.

This little cottage is your destination treasure. It is a cozy home situated on a quiet Lake Huron bay on the south side of the Drummond Island. It is just a short ten minute drive from the ferry and another ten minutes to the Four Corners area of the island. You have breathtaking views of Lake Huron, Bootjack Island and Espanore Island. And don’t be surprised by the number of freighters that you will see cruise by. There are beautiful water views from both inside and out.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located 5 minutes from ferry. This is a very bright, clean space. Master features large closet and a king sized bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds and the living room offers a sleeper sofa for overflow. A large deck with a cement patio with patio table and gas grill. This space offers ample parking with circle drive for boat trailers or side by sides.

Birch Banks - Waterfront Family Cottage

When we decided to buy a cottage, we wanted something that brought us closer to nature, but didn’t want a house on the water. It had to have some rustic elements to it. With its vaulted knotty pine ceilings and walls, and windows looking out at the lake, we instantly fell in love. It doesn’t matter if it’s high summer floating on the lake, or Fall with the beautiful colours, it’s just a special place to be.

Willoughby Island on Drummond Island

Book your own private island accessible by car! The cabin sleeps up to 6 people, has a sandy beach and bay, and includes 3 kayaks and a canoe. Willoughby Island is accessed by a unique 1960s rock and gravel causeway that is lined with spruce, birch and tamarack. The drive in feels like discovering a hidden forest trail that opens up to your own private island escape.
