Dwellingup Mill House

Welcome to our original mill house, in the Heritage Precinct of the small town of Dwellingup, in the Peel region. The Mill House has been renovated and furnished to provide cosy, welcoming self-contained accommodation for up to 6 people (total price depends on number of guests). The extensive gardens surrounding the cottage are glorious, and filled with birds. The north-facing verandah offers an ideal place to enjoy the birdlife or relax with a drink as the sun disappears behind the trees.

Serpentine-y is nestled in the picturesque and serene Serpentine hills. 1hr from Perth, this boutique equestrian farm is an ideal escape. The modern accommodation includes a private grassed area to soak up the tranquillity. The farm backs onto the Serpentine National Park and is a short walk from Serpentine Falls and Munda Biddi trails. Your baseline booking provides for 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6. The 4th King Bedroom is available UPON REQUEST, for an additional booking fee, providing for up to 8 guests. Blue Wren Estate is a magnificent property 45 minutes out of Perth, set on 30 acres situated on the boundary of thousands of acres of state forest. This exclusive, luxurious private property is also only just a few minutes away from shopping centres and a great cup of coffee. Nessy's Nest is a cosy, historical cottage in the heart of Narrogin (circa 1890) at the gateway of Western Australia's Upper Great Southern Region. 2 minute walk to shops and the centre of town, and 2 minute drive to the indoor swimming and sporting precincts and newly opened skate park. 20 metres from a lovely afternoon walk along the winning sculpture park of Narrogin Creek, the newly renovated railway museum.

Carol’s Cottage

Get cosy and settle into this rustic space. This little cottage is fully self contained. It is embedded into our garden with access through the back. There is a coded walk through gate and you can park within the property. You just have to open and close the gates manually. There is a fully operational pool which can be used by all guests as well as owners. The photographs show the beauty of the cottage.

A spacious cottage located directly opposite the forest. It has a beautiful native garden with a relaxed country vibe. A short walk to town and many tracks to explore across the road.
