Monthly Rentals in Dublin Southside

Nicholas was an great host and the place was excellent and as advertised. Three bedrooms, plenty of space including a balcony, and pleasantly located out of the noisy city centre in a peaceful and walkable development. Convenient to the tram with a full grocery nearby. We had a very good stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment in Dublin, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience overall! The apartment is situated in a prime area, with a bus stop right in front that provides easy access to the city. This made exploring Dublin incredibly convenient. I loved that I could easily walk to many of the touristy spots from the apartment. It made my sightseeing much more enjoyable. Comfortable Stay: The apartment was warm and cozy, which was a relief after a long day of exploring. Plus, the hot water in the shower was a definite bonus! Friendly Host: Marco was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions Minor Fixes Needed: While my stay was wonderful, the apartment could benefit from some minor repair. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Lovely little apartment to call your own while away. Building is clean and I felt very safe. Kevin was wonderful and accommodating. He responds very quickly. Walking distance to some lovely restaurants and bus stop outside your door. Highly recommend😃

John's place is in an extremely convenient location. At the beginning and end of your stay, the adjacent bus line will take you directly to and from the airport. In between, it'll drop you off at College Green, right in the middle of central Dublin. The immediate surroundings of the flat are residential, but it's just a walk of five minutes to the Tesco. A few minutes more will take you to the Aldi or the Lidl--or to various other resources of Terenure. The flat is quiet and has everything you're likely to need, and John is about the nicest guy anywhere.
