The cabin has an updated kitchen, dining, living with new sofa sleeper, bath, bedroom, bedroom cantilevered over river, deck, and fire pit. The cantilevered room is the only legal cantilevered structure over the river. It has 2 ponds, 2 canals, 4 llamas, and 1 alpaca. It is the perfect river retreat!
