Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Utah

We were in Ivins for business and Jackie was great to work with. The home is located near the Tuacahn theater at the mouth of Snow Canyon and we were able to catch a play while we were there.

We had a great time! It was really quiet, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathtub very appreciated after a long day in the park!!

Staying at Astoa Extea was an excellent experience. Ultra clean, super comfortable beds, and an overall peaceful place to stay. The home was well stocked which made it feel extra homey...would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near beautiful parks and many outdoor activities.

This was an amazing Airbnb to stay in for our visit to Capitol Reef NP. It is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs we have ever stayed in with the most amazing view from the back porch. We enjoyed the hot tub, and also watching the stars at night from the porch. The kitchen was also well stocked and the entire place was very cozy and well decorated. We would be so happy to have the chance to stay here again!

As we drive away I said “great spot” to my college aged son who responded “awesome spot”. We enjoyed fires both nights - a very local store has a porch with wood bundles for sale and a cash drop box for after hours purchases. The hot tub was great after a day walking The Narrows. The beds were comfortable and the views were idyllic.

Brian’s place is a real gem! 5 stars all the way! The home is absolutely stunning! All rooms were welcoming with ideal flow from one room to the next. Outdoor spaces also very welcoming and we enjoyed sitting outside in this very private desert oasis. All furniture was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal. Access to the property was seamless. Plenty of parking space. To top things off, communication with Brian was perfect. He made sure we were having a great experience and was always on standby. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to explore southern Utah in style!

This home in Hatch is truly an amazing gem. We loved the location- close to Bryce and also not too far from Zion and escalante. The home itself is spectacular and the pictures of the views don’t do it justice. The river was great for fly fishing and the beds and rooms were comfortable. We highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in this area of Utah.

The Secret Retreat was absolutely incredible! Very quiet and a perfect place to decompress after a long day. My son loved the ponies and the play structure outside. It really felt like a piece of home. Donna is an amazing host and is always pleasant to talk to. She was happy to answer all of my questions and was very understanding when my arrival was later than expected. I would love to stay here again next time I come visit. Thanks, Donna!!!

Kate's place was great overall. We enjoyed the hot tub which was clean like everything else. Would definitely recommend !!

Ann's place was comfortable, quiet, and tidy. we felt right at home. It was a great spot that was close to restaurants, shops, and fun activities. Ann was great to give detailed instructions. we enjoyed our stay very much!!

A great place to stay. I have no complaints. The three of us had a good night sleep on the comfortable beds. The internet is fast and the parking area is large. We appreciate the snacks and water bottles left for us.

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

Great, quiet apartment to rest during a road trip. Easy to access with private parking and entrance. Glad to have had this space during my travels.

Hank was on property when we arrived and took a great deal of time to show us the home and the surrounding landscape, hiking trails, things to do in Zion with his local knowledge etc. He even took us on a hike on his property to great overlooks and hidden caves! Hank was great.

Beautiful home. We enjoyed being there. My girls were elated sharing a room together.

David's house was not only spacious but very comfortable. 6 adults could always find somewhere to tuck in or hang out all together at the dining room table... the chess matches were fierce. The house decor was fun to look at, LOTS to look at. The unique light fixtures in every room, was like walking through a showroom. The kitchen had just about everything. The beds were comfortable, the pillows could have a varied selection. I would definitely stay here again if the chance ever presents itself. Thank you David and Cathy. Oh yeah, the little helpful notes around were much appreciated.
