Tastefully decorated with quality furnishing and segmented with glass panels that take advantage of the panoramic views of the pool overlooking the canal. This property is sure to entertain and be enjoyed by everyone. Bedding configuration consists of 3 Queen beds and 2 King Single beds with ducted heated/cool air conditioning through out makes it comfortable sleeping for 8 people. Cook in a Master Chef's kitchen includes a scullery or use the outdoor BBQ to entertain family and friends with dinning indoors/outdoors. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views or soak in the sun and have a dip in the pool or catch crabs off the jetty or adventure through the canals with the kayaks provided. This house is designed to entertain family & friends of all ages including children. A portable cot & high chair provided. Outside: The whole backyard outside area is paved and is fully fenced by glass panels. The front of the house is fenced with aluminium slats with some grassed area that is reticulated and some paving. The house has a lock up double garage with a sectional remote controlled door. This property has CCTV security system around the perimeter of the house. Please note a damage deposit of $800 is due when booking

We absolutely had a great time staying in this beautiful home. 3 nights was not enough and we wished we had stayed longer! The place was spotless and clean. Surrounded by beautiful scenery everywhere we looked. Amenities well provided. The kids really enjoyed the entertainment room! Big sized Tv and sofas for everyone! And they loved feeding the cute little ducks that come by often. Overall, this place is such a dream, will definitely be back if we visit Perth again!

We had an unforgettable family holiday in Dudley Park at Jordan airbnb. The home was warm and inviting, providing a perfect base for our winter getaway. The spacious living areas were ideal for family activities and the patio area was perfect for having wines, cuppa oversee the beautiful canal. Despite the cooler temperatures, we enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions like Lake Clifton and visited the the Giants of Mandurah (Santi Ikto and Yaburgurt Winjan Cirkelstone) Sam and Jordan were exceptionally responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property for families seeking a peaceful and enriching winter retreat in Mandurah.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Crabshack. The house is in a fantastic quiet location. A very short walk to the Coodanup foreshore and very close drive to all Mandurah’s Attractions. Luke’s communication was great and checkin was very easy. The house is spacious and well set up with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The secure fencing was great for our dog and we enjoyed chilling out on the front veranda furniture after a day out. Would definitely recommend the Crabshack.
