We were very kindly and warmly received by Inge and Pieter. The apartment was really great, with everything you could wish for - especially plenty of space and a nice quiet environment in the Wihn area outside Mechelen. An unbeatable price for the offer! We felt very comfortable there and would come back if we were there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Gert's Airbnb in the charming Zurenborg neighborhood in Antwerp. The house is cozy, neat and is in a beautiful neighborhood with impressive architecture and cozy cafes within walking distance. There were a few small things missing in terms of practical skills, but that certainly did not ruin our experience. All in all, a wonderful place to explore Antwerp and we would love to come back!

What an amazing place! It’s even better than the pictures :) The apartment is very well thought through, with cool design features and nice materials. Of course the best part is the rooftop garden. We loved everything about it! It’s so private it hardly feels you’re in a big city. The communication was also very good throughout our stay. Thanks!

We stayed here because we were going to a wedding party nearby. We could arrive late and let ourselves in with a key from a locker. Good bed, nice room. for people who are bad on their feet, the stairs may be a bit steep, but for us it was ok. The house is very nicely decorated. We had to leave the room at 9am, which was early after a short night.

Maarten's house is in the heart of the city, very convenient on foot for everything the city offers and easy to access, following the precise directions provided. The space is impeccable, if possible better than the description and photos: excellent minimal taste, well-kept, clean and tidy, with a thousand small touches, not at all obvious. There is also a corner for preparing small meals, with a kettle and microwave, the table is large and comfortable and Maarten provides dishes as well as quality coffee. The small and delightful garden gives the room an extra breath. Highly recommended. Lier is very pleasant, lively and interesting in itself, but also a good starting point for visiting nearby cities. Thanks Maarten, we had a great time!

The accommodation was very pleasant! The cottage is cozy and well equipped. The location is beautiful and quiet. A small improvement would be to have screens for the windows and the door against insects. Otherwise everything was perfectly fine and we loved our stay. Thank you for hospitality!

Had a wonderful stay! The location is an idyllic part of the city, a walk away from a local brewery, and a slightly longer walk into the heart of the city. Also Michiel and Tine are incredible people, and exactly the kind of hosts that make you feel welcome and right at home. If I return to Mechelen, I would absolutely visit them again. Their kindness is the kind of energy this world can use a little more of.♥️
