Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. All of them have big terrace, SAT-TV, wireless internet, kitchen, bathroom etc. Swimming pool area plus 70m2 big lounge on pool level ( huge dinning table, big kitchen, bathroom, 2 couch, Smart tv) 2 upper floors: 5 apartments with 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms. All with huge southern terraces. Just under i have second house so full accomodation can be about 35 people. Great for big groups !!!
