It also has a fully equipped modern kitchen. Towels and linens can be provided at an extra charge. Cars up to 1.48 m can be parked in the underground garage.

The nice cozy apartment is located opposite the Wernerwald. Through the Wernerwald goes a very nice hiking trail to the beach. You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and comfortably furnished. Linen and towels are included in the rental price. The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, kitchen, shower room and hallway. The apartment "Oberdeck" is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with only 8 single-family houses. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment has a large terrace with seating and a lounger, a spacious entrance area with a sofa bed, a living and dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen (no freezer), as well as a small work area. Upstairs is the bathroom with shower and the bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed.
