Luv & Lee Duhnen – Vacation Rental No. 5 near the beach

Our property is centrally located and close to the beach, in a quiet area at the end of a dead-end road with no through traffic. You can walk to the beach and the town center in about 5 minutes (approx. 700 meters). The vacation rental on the 2nd floor of the apartment building at Luv & Lee Duhnen offers, over approximately 30 m² (323 sq. ft.), an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The apartment is suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We will gladly provide a travel cot on request.

A place for families as well as for those seeking peace and quiet! This friendly, sunny apartment is on the second floor of a 6-party house with garden, parking space and private south balcony. It is only 900 m from the beach/dog beach and in the immediate vicinity of the Wernerwald with its forest outdoor pool and the climbing park, the Duhner coastal heath and the national park center. So, nature is at your doorstep! Shopping facilities about 2 km, bike rental 500 m, doctor/dentist about 1.5 km.

Welcome to the modern 2-room vacation apartment on the 14th floor of the Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg beach high-rise. Up to 4 people can be accommodated in an area of approx. 50 m². Enjoy the side view of the North Sea and the Wernerwald. A separate bedroom, a modern kitchen and a glass south-facing window front that can be opened provide comfort. Swimming pool, sauna with relaxation room, Wi-Fi and parking are provided. A wicker beach chair on the beach is already included in the price during the season.

The location in Duhnen could hardly be more central and better! Here you live in the middle of the action and yet right on the beach. A car is superfluous – everything you need for a perfect vacation is in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy the view from your balcony with sea view, from which you can relax and watch the lively hustle and bustle in the center. Here, relaxation is ideally combined with vibrant life. A private parking space and private Wi-Fi are provided.

Just 50 meters away is the fine Sahlenburg sandy beach, the World Heritage Wadden Sea with its salt meadows, sheep on the dikes and wonderful nature! Cozy restaurants, bakeries, retail and bike rentals are in the immediate vicinity as well as a dog beach.
