Unser Anwesen liegt zentral und strandnah in ruhiger Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Strand und Zentrum erreichen Sie in etwa 5 Gehminuten (ca. 700 m). Die Ferienwohnung im 1. OG des Apartmenthauses im Luv & Lee Duhnen bietet auf ca. 30 m² einen offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Kochbereich mit Doppelbett, Schlafcouch sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Die Wohnung eignet sich für bis zu 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Ein Reisebett stellen wir auf Anfrage gern bereit.

Die Wohnung liegt nur ca. 600 m fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt. Ebenso erreicht man schnell das Ritzebütteler Schloss und den dazugehörigen Park. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Wochenmarkt und eine Bushaltestelle liegen ebenso in der Nähe. Die Strände von Cuxhaven erreicht man in 10-20 Min. mit Rad oder Auto. The apartment "Residenz Cux-Havenglück" is located on the ground floor of an apartment building with 4 residential units. The spacious living and dining area as well as the fully equipped fitted kitchen offer enough space for families with 2 children or up to 4 adults. The shower room with toilet also has separate underfloor heating. The south terrace and the garden, which is exclusively part of the apartment, invite you to linger with garden furniture.

Built in 2024, this house is very quiet on a 4200 sqm lake. The 10,000-square-meter property is equipped with fruit trees and berry bushes and invites you to snack and for the children to romp around. You can swim, grill, make campfires, relax on the terrace or simply unwind. Fishing and horseback riding by appointment. Golf course 11 km away. Both houses (together with "Exclusive House on the Lake") can also be booked. Then there is room for 12 people

Just 50 meters away is the fine Sahlenburg sandy beach, the World Heritage Wadden Sea with its salt meadows, sheep on the dikes and wonderful nature! Cozy restaurants, bakeries, retail and bike rentals are in the immediate vicinity as well as a dog beach.

The apartment is located about 2 km from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dining area. The living room is the center of the approximately 50 m² apartment. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Linens/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per four-legged friend.
