This efficiency apartment, located on the ground floor of our home, has its own entrance, a Queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom with a standing shower, living room with tv, community gym, and washer and dryer access, Our pond has bass, so bring your fishing pole, or read a book while sitting by a babbling creek. Enjoy a small fire at the whimsical chiminea located in the patio area.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on Chotawhatchee Bay in the Bluewater Bay neighborhood. Watch the beautiful sunsets, abundant sea life and boats coming and in and out from the Marina. The Luckey Limpet Lodge is within walking distance of the marina which includes a store and restaurant also. LJ Schooners Restaurant and Bar has delicious food, marina views, a small beach and live music on the weekends. You are just a 10-15 minute drive from the white sandy beaches of Destin.

My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.
