Monthly Rentals in Dumfries

We had no real problems with the flat,always difficult going into somebody else’s house.we were not in the house for long spells spent a lot of time touring and eating out ,it was an area of Scotland I have not seen since 1980 .everything we needed was available to us in the house . The only downside perhaps was the level of traffic and noise it generated but we have no control over the cars..house and decor were fine house looked good and had been recently decorated we would return should we be in the area again

A week’s stay here in this really comfortable and well equipped flat. Very nicely furnished and everything working as it should. Peaceful surroundings (except for early morning seagulls!) with lots of free parking available as well as a reserved spot in the car park. We tended to use the street parking as there is a tree over of the reserved spot….. Very well located to get into the town with some good walks along the river. Easy to drive out to touring spots. We really enjoyed the castle at the head of the estuary and the boathouse restaurant on the way back to town. Flat was much more spacious than we expected and was very comfortable. Would happily return if we are back in the area.

Good base for a few nights - clean & tidy and had everything we needed!

We were doing a family trip in Scotland. Nith Villa was great 2 BR unit, very clean, very close to center of town, parking was easy to find across the road, also there is a town parking less than 4mins walk. Sam and Sally were very kind hosts, responded quickly, even asked what kind of bread and milk we would need, so nice of them. Highly recommended.
