The house features three comfortable bedrooms: two with king-size beds (180 × 200 cm) and one with a bunk bed, making it ideal for children. Fresh bed linen is provided for all guests. The bathroom, located on the first floor, includes both a shower and a bathtub, while the toilet is separate for added convenience. Please note that the house is not wheelchair accessible. Towels and beach towels are provided. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and freezer compartment. You’ll also find cookware, crockery, cutlery, kitchen towels, and dishwashing detergent. Right next to the house is the Marissa Holiday Resort, where you’ll find a wide range of amenities just a short walk away. These include playgrounds, a low ropes course, a skate park, a convenience store, a swimming pool, an indoor climbing hall, a pub, several restaurants, bicycle rental, and a bakery—everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Genieße diese ruhige Unterkunft mit weitläufigem Garten und unmittelbarer Nähe zum Dümmer See. Über einen angrenzenden Fußweg erreicht man in unter 3 Minuten den Marissa Park durch den man auf kürzestem Weg an die am Dümmer befindlichen Strände und die Promenade gelangt. Zum Wasser läuft man ca. 15 Minuten - vorbei an Spielplätzen, Restaurants und Bars. Der Ortskern von Lembruch ist ebenfalls fußläufig ereichbar; mit Bäckerei, Eisdiele und verschiedenen Restaurants lädt er zum verweilen ein.

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor above the restaurant "Dümmer Perle" directly on Lake Dümmer See (50 m distance to the water). Enjoy the fantastically beautiful lake view (see photos). In the apartment, up to 4 people can find a place to sleep. The space was completely newly renovated in 2022 and modernly furnished. In the immediate vicinity (max. 400 m) are restaurants, shopping, an ice cream parlor, surf school & boat rental, a beach bar and an indoor swimming pool.

Our house is within walking distance (about 3 minutes) of the lake/beach.
