Apartment holiday rentals in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin

Quite two bedroom one bath apartment in a gated apartment complex. Out of downtown tourist area which is a plus but easy to walk or catch tram down there. Apartment comfortable. Grocery in the same building. Off of main road so quiet at night. 2-3 block to luas red line stops which are cheap and super convenient to connect around city or to Heuston station for day trips. Connolly station to catch train to Howth is easy walking distance. Multiple coffee shops in 3 block radius.

We would definitely stay here again. We wanted to stay in a place with a comfortable space for two couples, and not in the thick of the tourist areas. This place fit the bill. It is a fairly short walk to St. Stephen's Green and everything beyond that Dublin has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet and there are good restaurants nearby. It was also fun to walk along the canal in the evening. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and both bedrooms are very spacious. While the entrance is below street level, the large front window lets in lots of light. The bedrooms both look out on a courtyard, so there's light when you want it. The bathrooms were also nice. The washer and dryer were also a nice feature. When we arrived, we got drenched by a passing shower and the dryer was great to have! Jamie and his co-managers were responsive when we requested laundry and dish soap. The internet was also good.

Nice little apartment that was in a perfect location for me as I attended a conference in the hotel next door. But it is also good to explore Dublin, not far from Stephen's Green, and you have several buses stopping nearby that will get you to the city in just a few minutes. From my business trip perspective I enjoyed the stable and very fast internet connection and the desk area in the living room. Unfortunately, there is no wardrobe in the apartment, but you will find a few hangers and I used the very deep window sill to store everything else. The kitchen is nice, but I have seen other Airbnbs with a few more kitchen utensils. For me it was sufficient, but if you have higher cooking ambitions you might miss a few things. Michelle was easy to reach and very kind in making an early check-in possible as my flight arrived in Dublin in the morning. There is a small convenience store in walking distance as well as a few smaller restaurants.

We had a great stay at this location. The apartment was nice and clean. Central location to our planned visits in Dublin. Henry was super accommodating, very responsive, and extremely helpful. We would recommend this listing to others visiting the area.

How at home we felt here — Mir and her husband (I believe it was Vinny) were so incredibly warm and high on communication I felt I were actually part of their family. The recommendations, Vinny’s conversation about the US, the books on medicine and also yoga…. I felt so at home. The listing was so clean and adorable, loved it. Place was secure as there were a couple of doors and a few locks to get through to the actual apartment door. Thank you so much!

Great stay! Nuala was a pleasure to interact with - responsive, volunteered recommendations for the area, provided very clear check-in instructions. The flat was lovely! It’s right across from the strand, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for our group of four. Note that one of the showers is in the laundry room - didn’t bother us, but JFYI. Would absolutely stay again - great spot for kids with playground 15 min walk away.

Beautiful view over the lake from the living room. Spacious and very clean house. Bedroom is beautiful and very good bed. Very nice and tasty welcome package. Hannah and Gerry were very hospitable and helpful in giving tips for exploring the area. Quick and attentive response when needed. In short, a very nice stay in this beautiful suite.

A very responsive host that provided a PDF with as much information that was needed about the place, the neighbourhood and getting to the place. The accommodation was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, well furnished and definitely a home away from home. Only personal gripe was we couldn’t get en-suite bathroom heater to work to dry towels and would have loved it to be as big as the place that was given to my friends but honestly these are just personal wishes that didn’t take away from a wonderful accommodation experience. I would still stay there again if I re-visit Ireland.

I stayed for a week with my dogs. My dogs were treated like royalty. I got to meet their 5 year old daughter, zenab,who was a little angel. She also loved my dogs and she was very happy.she played all the time with dogs and kept them entertained. She is such a sweetheart. Very well mannered and a bundle of joy. I highly highly recommend staying here. Really nice area and a super host. Thanks to Nicole, alli and zenab for a wonderful stay.

Mohammad was really helpful, he was easy going & friendly. I felt very safe staying with him.

Merves place was wonderful! Close to train to get to the city or to grocery stores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again!

Priya was an amazing host. She was very responsive, very patient to me messaging her and very friendly, both her and her husband. Our flights were delayed and she was there waiting for us and it wouldn't take her more than 5 min to respond, given that we arrived at midnight. Most certainly recommend this place. 4.9/5
