Holiday rentals with breakfast in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin

Really unique family home. Perfect for our stay is Greystones. Very walkable to beach and village.

David was an amazing host, we were arriving later in the evening and found that David provided items necessary for a nutritious breakfast and that was a game changer for our family. David's house is very cozy with plenty of space and we truly appreciated the washer AND dryer for the clothes. David has been very accommodating and responsive, we'd love to stay at his place again when back visiting Dublin.

We have just returned from a lovely break in Siobhan’s quaint Railway Cottage - at the end of a country lane just beside the railway line - appreciated by the train enthusiasts in our group. Siobhan welcomed us with scones (jam & cream too!). The cottage was spotlessly clean, the furnishings colourful & contemporary - so bright and airy. There was ample accommodation for our party of five, the kitchen had all we needed and a cute out house as well which had laundry facilities if required. A 5 min walk took us to the beach and from there up to Ardgillan Castle - lovely walk to do in the evening at low tide. The cottage is ideally placed to visit the North Dublin area - lovely coffee shops ( recommend The Goat in the Boat in Skerries - at the harbour!) and places of interest. We can definitely recommend the Railway Cottage accommodation with its lovely garden - wonderful host- would love to return if the opportunity arises! Thank you for everything Siobhan. Mary's little church retreat is a beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated space in the Irish countryside, while being located at only about an hour's drive away from Dublin airport. It was the perfect get-away for us; spacious as well as incredibly cozy. Mary was so hospitable and lovely. Would definitely come back.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The location was convenient and quiet, with great local spots nearby. I felt right at home and would definitely book again without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had a fantastic time staying at this lovely home, situated between city center and my work in Santry. We had a crazy time with all of our bags lost, but they were so wonderful…left us some brunch goodies and toiletries to help us until our bags arrived. Great info and advice for things to do, as well. There was a record player with some great albums ready to go, tons of cozy spaces to relax in after a long day. All-around wonderful stay! Great place! Just outside iof Dublin. Room for our larger family. Clean and tidy and as pictured. Well stocked kitchen. Gab welcomed us with a call to tell us we were able to check in and was very helpful throughout the stay. I definitely recommend Gab's place.

What a wonderful gem of a place to stay with great clean facilities & a fantastic host. Close enough for all travel into the city & around but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. The hospitality of Julie was amazing, a wonderful, kind lady, nothing was too much trouble from lending us her leap card to recommending travel & sightseeing opportunities, she was happy to answer any questions we had & recommended a great local pub Gleesons only a 10 minute stroll away This is a fantastic place to stay 100% recommend- we will definitely return

Helen’s place was perfect for our family of five, with three kids ages 5, 9, and 12! It was in a great location across from Christchurch Cathedral and a nice walk from all the sites we visited, including Temple Bar, Trinity College, Grafton Street, the Guinness Storehouse, EPIC Museum/Jeanie Johnston, etc. The place was perfectly laid out for our family with its two bedrooms and good-sized living space and dining room table. In addition to the space and location being great, Helen was so lovely, helpful, and easy to work with! Half way through our stay our youngest broke something in the apartment and Helen was so sweet and understanding about it! :) I highly recommend booking Helen’s place!

In the 11 years we have been Airbnb members, we’ve never had a more helpful, attentive and friendly host as Niall. A safe location within easy walking distance of pubs, restaurants, and city sights. Kitchen had all we needed for our two nights in Dublin and the comfy bed was very welcoming to get over our jet lag from Florida. We highly recommend his apartment. Also very quiet at night. All you hear occasionally is a seagull’s mewing. Very relaxing.

Really nice unit, good parking, really responsive host and great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Geraldine is such a lovely host, she was so good with my two girls and they loved the raspberry bush in the back garden! Very responsive and very helpful. We'll be back to stay again

Muy buena estancia y ubicación, con Ruani tuvimos una conversación bastante activa en todo momento, un apartamento bueno, bastante acogedor aunque con algunos detalles a mejorar, como el tener en el baño un enchufe para poder calentar el baño, el cual se encontraba bastante frío en todo momento, o mejorar el colchón. Por lo demás todo perfecto, el resto de la casa bastante bien, la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente al igual que la bomba de calor portátil. Además, el anfitrión nos facilitó desayuno, leche, cereales, entre otros. Todo tipo de utensilios en la cocina y toallas en perfecto estado. Muy Recomendable.

Lovely home in beautiful neighbourhood close walk to gorgeous beach, and train station (quick 1 stop to charming village: little shops, cafes, bakery’s, church; friendly helpful people); within easy reach of Dublin City Center. Tony’s AirBnB a pleasure: Well-loved Home adorned with their life-memories & pleasures (colourful art, personal architectural style); charmed entrance as one walks through pretty garden; delightful decor guest room, comfy bed, enjoyable bookshelf; ambiance ~ ease, quiet & comfort; Light breakfast: a must have is Tony’s homemade hearty bread, and, if the mood strikes You ~ a morning chat with the multi-subject-notable Tony (I delighted wholeheartedly with our exchanges). Aan te raden, gelegen aan een mooi meer! Heerlijk ontbijt en goed verzorge kamer voor een goede prijs! Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw die ons bij aankomst rond middernacht nog een tosti maakte en een fles wijn aanbood. Zeer aan te bevelen!

Teresa is a great host. The communication was super and the description hiw to reach the House very exact. Self check-in went very smooth. The location is super. The fast tram (Luas) takes you in 15 mins to city center and they run till late night. All in all we are satisfied and would choose Teresa's house again.

Staying at Gareth's in Stoneybatter was the start of our 3-week road trip through Ireland, and we couldn't have asked for a better start. What a lovely room, apartment, neighbourhood... and most importantly, what a fantastic host! Gareth was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He had some brilliant recommendations for local spots in Stoneybatter and great tips for the rest of our trip around Ireland. We loved hearing his stories; he's genuinely such a great person to chat with. Gareth prepared a delicious breakfast spread, and it was such a pleasant way to start our day. We really appreciated the effort he put into making us feel at home. We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Gareth. He made our first few days in Ireland truly memorable. Had the pleasure of staying at Marie's stunning house. Marie is very warm and welcoming and you do feel like you're a guest in her home. The room was lovely and comfortable with good wifi and bathroom right next door. Only a short ten minute walk into the local village where you can get a meal or coffee. Also walkable to Powerscourt and the gardens. You will also meet Bailey, the adorable golden retriever...just to mention that Bailey likes hot buttered toast as I do :-) Overall, excellent and would highly recommend as a place to stay.

I came for just one night, wet and slightly muddy from a tour up in the mountains. And what did I find? A beautiful house, clean, picturesque, homely, a nice hot shower and a very friendly and forthcoming Ann, who gave me time to settle down, but was always there for a talk, offering tea and advice about what to see next day. Breakfast next morning was marvellously delicious, with fruit (i.e. strawberries!), muesli, yoghurt, homemade breads, spreads, and also porridge and sausages, if one liked. There really was nothing to be wished for, except a longer stay...

It was great. Place was great. Hildi became a friend to my wife and I. So helpful and interesting. We truly enjoyed our there.

This is the third time I have stayed at Dorothy's. The location is perfect for my needs - an easy walk to the DART, as well as to downtown Dun Laoghaire and Glasthule, both of which are on the seafront and have interesting shops and restaurants. The area also feels safe. The house is clean and comfortable. Dorothy's love of art is visible throughout her home. Dorothy is energetic, and I always enjoy our conversations. I plan to stay again next year.
