Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Duna Verde

Die FeWo ist sehr geräumig und befindet sich im EG, mit allem sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war wirklich exzellent sauber. Wir freuten uns bei der Ankunft über wohlige Zusatzausstattungen, wie eine kleine gekühlte Grundversorgung, außerdem eine Flasche Prosecco, einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen…. nicht zu vergessen die Kosmetiktücher, Duschbad. Einfach toll! Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, vertrauensvoll und hilfreich mit Tipps zu z. B. Unternehmungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine sehr fürsorgliche Vermieterin, der ein angenehmer Aufenthalt ihrer Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt, kommen gerne wieder.

A házigazdák nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, jól éreztük magunkat! Az apartman tiszta, rendezett, tökéletesen felszerelt, minden megfelelt a leírásnak. Egyedül a barátságtalan telek volt meglepetés, ez nem látszik a képeken. Az út felé néző szobákban éjjel nehéz nyitott ablaknál aludni a forgalom zaja miatt, viszont a földek mellett nagy kánikulában éjjel jobban lehűl a levegő, mint a városban. Összességében másoknak is ajánlanám a szálláshelyet, családoknak nagyon kényelmes!

Beautiful view and right next to Farragona water/boat taxi. The hostess was wonderful- flexible with our check-in/out. Easy to communicate. The apartment is spacious and clean. We always felt safe. It is a more quiet area and that was just what I was hoping - peaceful and relaxing.

Such a lovely house on the beautiful Island of Burano. The house is really comfortable on a nice little square in the town. So many great restaurants nearby. The daily boat trip we did to Venice was a nice start of the day. Burano is much more relaxed as Venice so for us this was a perfect spot. Antonella is a great host with a lot of useful tip. Highly recommended!

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

Vielen Dank Nello! Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Guia.. die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das haben wir vorher selten so gesehen. Die Wäsche hat toll gerochen, die Küche war für wirklich alle Bedürfnisse ausgestattet, die gesamte Wohnung hat geglänzt, es war alles für ein kleines feines Frühstück vorhanden, das mobile Klimagerät hat getan was es sollte und die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Weinberge war einfach traumhaft. Es hat einfach alles gepasst, Nello war immer erreichbar und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Strongly recommended to families with kids who want their children to have fun in the garden. It is a bit away from Venice but easily reachable by car. Roberta greeted us at the main gate and gave us an informative tour of the place. She was kind enough to set up the crib for my young one. Her garden has a slide and other play equipment, and has all sorts of fruits - loved the cherries!!! Would definitely stay again at her place.

My family absolutely loved our stay here! Valentina & Andrea were amazing hosts. They were so kind and attentive and helped us with everything we needed and more. The place exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well equipped. We got to start our mornings with a tasty espresso. The decor was beautiful and the view was just stunning! Murano was peaceful compared to Venice, which we loved. We can't wait to come back here again, wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you to the amazing hosts for your kindness and hospitality :) Do not hesitate to book this place you won't regret it.

Io e le mie amiche abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento di Mirko per trascorrere un weekend a Venezia. L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso e confortevole. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni più importanti di Venezia. La comunicazione con Mirko è stata impeccabile, si è da subito attivato per rispondere a tutte le mie domande con molta gentilezza e tempestività. Il giorno del nostro arrivo ci ha cortesemente permesso di accedere all'appartamento un'ora prima del check in e questa non è una premura da tutti. Grazie per tutto, a presto!!

Everything was great really, Veronica is amazing, very polite and super helpful. Apartment is located on main street, two minutes from the beach, it is super clean, equipped with everything you need. Everything is close by restaurants, bars, stores… I would recommend 5/5

Die Tage dort waren genau das was man im Sommer braucht. Ein idyllisches Apartment mit einen schönen großen Pool sowie auch einen kleinen für Kinder. Ebenso gab es ausreichend Liegen. Es werden dort Fahrräder für groß und klein zur verfügung gestellt. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit diesem Airbnb und werden auf jedenfall wieder hinfahren!

Aanrader! Zeer mooie accommodatie, compleet gerenoveerd en pas recent geopend. Accommodatie wordt gerund door een vriendelijke familie, mooi familiebedrijf. Leuk concept met de appartementen, waarbij je gebruik kunt maken van het zwembad. Daarnaast hebben ze ook een bistro waar je terecht kunt voor ontbijt, lunch en diner (prima kaart). Stella heeft ons ook van goede tips voor de regio voorzien (uitjes en restaurants). Zeer behulpzaam en goede communicatie. Tip, vraag naar het museum op het terrein. De moeite waard om een kijkje te nemen.

Lovely apartment, well furnished and equipped. Overhead shower head in en-suite not working. Air conditioning in living area only. At night windows had to be open in bedrooms - mosquito repelllant plug-ins provided essential. Very early (05.00hrs) noise from workmen on the canals below. All part of the charm and character of Venice! Would book again and recommend to friends.

This apartment is pure magic. From the moment we walked in, we were swept away by the stunning view of the canal right outside the windows- it felt like a painting come to life. The space perfectly blends old-world Venetian charm with modern art and thoughtful comforts. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the delicious Nespresso that started our mornings to the wonderfully comfortable beds and cool AC that gave us a welcome break from the humidity. What truly sets this stay apart, though, is the exceptional service provided by Ilaria. In over a decade of using Airbnb, I’ve never experienced such warm, professional, and attentive hosting. Her local recommendations were spot-on, and she went above and beyond by arranging private water taxis to and from the train station—an absolute game-changer, especially with young kids in tow. We will absolutely be back and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Venice. Highly, highly recommend.

Chiara non è solo una padrona di casa molto speciale, ma anche una persona molto disponibile e fantastica. Poiché siamo riusciti ad arrivare solo 3 giorni dopo a causa di una malattia in famiglia, il check-in al mattino presto non è stato un problema. Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza molto cordiale e Chiara ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie sull'appartamento e sulla zona circostante. L'appartamento era assolutamente pulito, immacolato e dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La spiaggia e il mare erano a portata di mano dal balcone e a pochi passi. Una posizione davvero ottima e vantaggiosa, in quanto siamo stati in grado di raggiungere l'appartamento molto velocemente a piedi anche con il nostro bambino di 4 anni quando ci siamo presi una pausa dalla spiaggia. I would give this place a 6 out of 5 if I could! This place is the best we stayed in during our Italy visit. It has a stunning canal overview and is located in a more peaceful and less crowded part of Venice, but still offers access to the touristy areas. The interior is amazing: very comfortable with all amenities. The hosts, Nicolo and Anna, had kindly prepared a variety of snacks and drinks upon our arrival. At some point they went out of their way to travel from out of town to give us a spare key when we were locked out. I'd love to come back to the same place whenever I visit Venice in the future.

Vraiment un très bon séjour. Incroyable le nombres d’attentions pour les voyageurs. Si vous avez oublié quoi que ce soit, Sara y a pensé pour vous ( condiments , épices , café , thé , produits de soin et entretien, jouets pour les enfants, cartes , documentations touristiques…) Très proche à pied de l’arrêt de bus pour Venise . Restaurants et épicerie à deux pas . Et surtout des hôtes admirables d’une gentillesse sans nom . Nous recommandons à 120% . Nous reviendrons !

We had a great few days at this AirBnB! It is quiet and private, but just a 3-4min walk from the busy streets. Paolo is a phenomenal host! He recommended local activities, eateries, and was very communicative and helpful from start to finish. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Venice!

We had a lovely time in Venice, and felt lucky to have a peaceful, safe, and clean home to return to every night. I would recommend staying here.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Appartamento molto carino, con tutto ciò che serve, bella area esterna per pranzare all'aria aperta. Molto vicino al Sacrario di Redipuglia tanto da poterci andare a piedi. Si parcheggia lungo la via esterna un po' strettina ma senza problemi. Monica ed il marito sono molto gentili e premurosi. Consiglio vivamente.

Hübsche, rustikale Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Meerblick und Grill. Das Meer ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und dennoch ist sie Lage der Wohnung ruhig und privat.

We had an amazing time at Maja’s place! Everything was just as described and on the pictures. The flat is decorated with so much love and still there is enough space for unpacking and storing your stuff. The campiello, where the apartment is located is just so beautiful and the location is perfect. Maja is extremely kind and taking care of everything one could need. The apartment is super clean and the beds are nice to get a good rest. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.
