I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

The apartment is very spacious and is located on the ground floor, with everything very conveniently equipped. The apartment was really excellent clean. We were pleased upon arrival with cozy additional amenities, such as a small refrigerated basic supply, also a bottle of Prosecco, a homemade cake…. not to forget the cosmetic tissues, shower bath. Simply great! The communication was very good, trusting and helpful with tips on, for example, activities, shopping. A very caring landlady, who is very concerned about a pleasant stay for her guests. We felt absolutely comfortable, happy to come back.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

Great AirBnB with everything you could need. Lots of thoughtful touches and extras by the host Stefania who was so welcoming and went the extra mile. We felt very comfortable with enough privacy but Stefania was always on hand straight away if we needed anything. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is lovely for dining, sunbathing and kids playing.

Strongly recommended to families with kids who want their children to have fun in the garden. It is a bit away from Venice but easily reachable by car. Roberta greeted us at the main gate and gave us an informative tour of the place. She was kind enough to set up the crib for my young one. Her garden has a slide and other play equipment, and has all sorts of fruits - loved the cherries!!! Would definitely stay again at her place.

The accommodation is very nicely located, you are within 15 minutes by bus in Venice, which stops virtually at the door, and the airport is also very quick to reach. The accommodation is quiet, very new and clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and help you quickly if you have questions or a concern. We highly recommend the place.

Paolo was the best host. Friendly, responsive, helped with getting our bags to and from the air bnb. Helped me arrange water Taxi. Always so kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. We slept well, the place was so clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this place and this host!

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores points with a private parking space on the property — right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect an immaculately clean, tastefully decorated accommodation where you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets – and even the beach is just a jump away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with fantastic views, quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We've all fallen in love with this place-the perfect place to start and end the day relaxed. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive host who can always be reached. Thank you! We will be back for sure😊. Letizia’s apartment was perfect. Tucked away in a quiet spot but minutes away from transport and tourist spots. It was tastefully decorated and well thought out with a well equipped kitchen. The tiny terrace was perfect for sitting out and watching the swallows fly past in the evening. The bed was large and comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes. Would definitely recommend and we may well return.

We loved our stay in Venice. The windows open directly to the grand Canal. What an experience! We loved the little sitting area by the dock. They coordinated breakfast for us and we out by the water. Best memory in Venice to be honest! Great service and food. Very helpful and would stay again.

Nicole is the best host! Her place is spotless, quiet and the outdoor space was beautiful. We loved staying on Giudecca away from Venice crowds but with great things to do and great restaurants. We would recommend Nicole’s place to anyone.

Really a lovely stay. Incredible the number of attentions for travelers. If you have forgotten anything, Sara has thought of it for you (condiments, spices, coffee, tea, care and maintenance products, toys for children, maps, tourist documentation, etc.) Very close on foot to the bus stop for Venice. Restaurants and grocery store close by. And above all, admirable hosts of unspeakable kindness. We recommend it 120%. We'll be back!

Wonderful flat inside a villa that looks like a movie set. Literally 2 min walk from the city centre, but at the same time immersed in the nature...it gives you a great sense of peace and you truly feel like you want to spend time at the apartment and enjoy it

One of the best stays ever. There was everything and Emanuele was very helpful and gave all the instructions. He also surprised us with an amazing welcome gift. Didn't feel like going back! Overall best!

This house is very comfortable, clean and beautiful, spacious, great for many people to relax and travel together.The house is fully equipped, from kitchen utensils to daily necessities, and is very convenient to live in.The owner is also very kind and enthusiastic, not only proactively contacting to confirm the check-in details, but also thoughtfully recommending many fun and delicious places, making our trip more enriching.Overall, the accommodation experience was great, highly recommended! The backyard is so cute!There is a private parking lot!

We had a lovely time in Venice, and felt lucky to have a peaceful, safe, and clean home to return to every night. I would recommend staying here.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.
