Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It is set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks straight from the door. The Bothy is a self-contained wooden cabin on the edge of our own woodland at West Cottage and Stables, nestling in the heart of Glen Lyon and at the beginning of many excellent walks and cycle rides. There's a double bed, extra bed, luxury bathroom, and wood burning stove. There's a hob, fridge, and everything you need to cook with, but no oven. We can put something in the oven for you up at the house if you need us to.

Delightful chalet overlooking Strathtay

We look forward to sharing our lovely chalet with you. If the weather is fine you will wake up to fabulous views across the valley. There are several good walks right from the chalet, and once down the track the possibilities for walks or spectacular places to visit are endless. The track is about 2 miles long and all uphill. All types of family car can make the drive with care. Not suitable for motorbikes or EV's.
