Beautiful neighborhood directly across the street from the Dungeness River, close to the Olympic Game Farm and less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. 21st century conveniences in a 20th century caboose.

Separated from the main house in an attached garage, you will have your own private entrance. 10 minute drive to downtown Sequim and less than a mile walk to the beach. 5 minutes from one of the highest rated golf courses in Western WA, The Cedars at Dungeness. 30 minutes from the Victoria B.C. ferry. Our little place is good for couples and solo adventurers. **Please note that our friendly Golden Retriever Mason goes into the backyard.**

Welcome to the Art Barn 2.0, formerly "The Art Barn." We are the new owners, and are planning to keep it running as it has been! This unit is ideal for both weekend adventurers and long-stay guests, especially those that enjoy biking and walking. The huge windows on the south side highlight the stunning view of the Olympic Mountains and create a bright open space (great for yoga enthusiasts!) You'll hear coyotes yipping at night, and catch glimpses of eagles and sea birds in the day.

You are just a small walk away from a private community BEACH and the backyard boast a beautiful canal filled with so much wildlife. A soak in the hot tub after a long adventurous day, can't be beat! New self-contained Studio nestled on 5 acres of private, quiet farm land located in a valley less than 2 miles off Hwy 101 with a view of the surrounding hills. Elk sometimes wander throughout valley and coyotes may be heard at night. 2 miles from the City of Sequim and John Wayne Marina and Sequim Bay where there is access to fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Plenty of outdoor fun with hiking trails, lavender farms, lakes, wineries, restaurants and shopping nearby.

A quiet cottage to enjoy the serenity of Sequim with a location perfect for any adventure you have in mind. Situated right off of Hi-101 it’s a short trip into downtown Sequim or even enjoy the town over, Port Angeles in only a 20 minute drive. If you prefer the scenic route take a right out of our drive way into the backroads of Sequim where you'll find a range of nature views like our personal favorites "Cline Spit" or the "Voice of America".
