The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

You'll hear coyotes yipping at night, and catch glimpses of eagles and sea birds in the day.

It’s located about 10 minutes to shopping, restaurants and gas stations and about a 10 minute walk to the water, which is so worth the sunsets. Wifi and a well stocked kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are also included. This listing shares a driveway with a separate RV listing, but you will have your own parking spot.
