Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 10 euros per day.

Ostbahnhof (400 m), ice cream shop (400 m) restaurant (400 m), bus stop (250 m), Shopping (350 m or 400 m) 24/7 gas station (400 m). You can walk to the city center in 20 minutes. If you prefer to go to the mountains, they can be reached by car without any problems. The fully equipped kitchen as well as the couch with TV and the modern bathroom will make you feel at home.

Our beautiful, exclusive, newly renovated 2-room apartment on the first floor is quietly located with beautiful distant/mountain views in Durach, 5 km away from Kempten, 30 minutes' drive to the mountains. All the amenities of daily needs can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Our sun-drenched "jewelry box" is about 40 square meters with a separate entrance. Beautiful hours can be spent on the sun terrace (southwest orientation) accessible from the SZ and the living room.
