Property backs up to the Florida River and has a view of the local historic Rio Grande Railroad bridge used in the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Ideally located halfway between Durango and Purgatory ski resort, this secluded house is the perfect launching point for your Southwest Colorado adventures. If you are a train buff, you will love the fact that you can see the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge railroad pass right behind the house (it isn’t loud and only runs during the day). This 3000 square foot private home features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and plenty of space for your family to relax and enjoy.

Cozy Camper with a Touch Of Nature

The camper is a 24' 2007 Itasca Navion. This cozy camper is located about 10 miles north of of downtown Durango. It's great for a family of four, but might be small for anything more. It's close to Trimble Hot Springs, which is a great place to relax after a day of fun. Also, walking distance from a cute little breakfast nook, Hermosa Grill. Right next to Hermosa Grill there is a gas station, and a liquor store. The camper is not available to move.
