Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Durango

This was our second time staying here and definitely reinforced everything we loved the first time. Very clean. So comfortable. They provide everything you could need. And you cannot beat the location!! We are grateful for Sarah sharing this little oasis in Durango.

Incredible house in and incredible location with an incredible host. The house was immaculate and very clean, we felt right at home. Sarah made the whole experience for all guests very memorable, comfortable, and heartwarming. We couldn’t say enough about the house, the stay, or the host. The location was perfect for us! The house was exactly as described and maybe a bit better! It was wonderfully furnished and Monica was very responsive and helpful. Everything was well stocked! I highly recommend this property!!!

Michelle's house was extremely well appointed. Kitchen has all the accessories that you could need. Washer and dryer are a plus. What you get for the price is great. It's secluded but close enough to town to stop for groceries or restaurants.

Brett's place was perfect, absolutely beautiful, quiet location up in the mountains! We stayed with our 2 young children who had a blast exploring the property. Brett was super quick to respond to any questions we had and brought over some supplies we needed. He also gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. We are looking forward to visiting Durango and staying here again :)

We stayed at this beautiful home in Hesperus, Colorado for a family reunion, and it was absolutely perfect. The place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The peaceful surroundings and stunning views added so much to our stay. Our entire family felt comfortable and right at home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway! The host, Connie was great with communication which made our stay a breeze.

Melissa's place was spotless, private, quiet, and walking distance to the best coffee shop in Durango. The space itself is airy and light-filled, with a comfy bed. I loved how centrally located it was while still being able to see deer walking by at sunset. It stayed plenty warm in the middle of January, and I would absolutely stay here again.

The riverside cottage was so quaint and comfortable. The area was beautiful and peaceful. We even had several deer and families of geese right outside our door. It was beyond our expectations.

Very nice apartment with all that is needed for a relaxing stay. Jason had prepared everything very well. It was the only Airbnb on our trip that had the Pack‘n‘Play and the high chair for our child already set up. Thanks for hosting us!

Brittany’s place was very nice! We loved the location with the river & the train. The apartment had very nice finishes. All the linens were very nice and the bed was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Lovely place. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 4 nights. The area is beautiful. We loved the peaceful and quiet surroundings. It is away from "town" but we enjoyed the beautiful drive. It was small but comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Durango! Walkable to shops & plenty of food options. Short 10 minute walk to the train station too. Gretchen is a great host, communication was easy and helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable!

A fantastic place in a great, quiet location in Durango. We also enjoyed the public/community pool for an afternoon which was a nice bonus.

This condo was wonderful for our needs. If we had visited in the winter I would have been disappointed that the fireplace isn't for guest use. The steps aren't one stairway but several steps then a walkway, repeated x4.

The condo was in a great location. The parking spot was convenient and I could walk to all of the stores and restaurants downtown. The condo was clean and cozy. Even though I was close to Main St, I slept well and didn’t notice any noise. Highly recommend!
