This 270 square foot tiny house is very comfortable, and although it is similar to a studio, it is set up with a full size kitchen and bathroom, as well as a full size bed on the main floor, so you can feel at home. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed!"

There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Sunshine Cottage is close to Downtown (about 2.2 miles) with lots of family-friendly activities. The Animas River / Oxbow Nature Preserve across the street, nightlife, public transport, the airport. This is a completely private cottage with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, (one main level, two downstairs) queen bed in Master, one king and two twins downstairs, and a queen pull out sofa in living room. The living room has direct TV. TheTV in Master bedroom is for streaming only.

This cabin was built in 1952 and recently restored. Premiere mountain biking and hiking are two blocks away at Horse Gulch Trail System. The cabin is on a quiet street nine blocks from downtown Durango shopping and dining . The stainless steel kitchen is designed around a commercial Wolf Stove. It is across the street from a bar that tends to be lively in the evenings!
