Enjoy the vaulted ceilings, heated floors, new appliances and natural sunlight. Backyard, fire pit and gas grill as well as outdoor eating space. The view from the kitchen looks out on a private pond and local historic (retired) Rio Grande Railroad bridge. Some scenes from the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were shot by this bridge!

This lovely property offers amenities including a seasonal heated pool and a year round hot tub. The trolley stops in front of the complex for easy access to downtown.
