Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien. 9 Personen konnten in den zwei Wohnungen wohnen und der tolle Pool und der große Garten konnten gemeinsam genutzt werden. Brendon war super erreichbar und hat bei jeder Anfrage sofort Hilfe geschickt. Sogar eine Begleitung für einen notwendigen Arztbesuch hat er schnell organisiert. Wirklich sehr gastfreundlich und empfehlenswert!

Die Villa ist sehr schön und die Lage ist perfekt, man braucht nur 5min zu Fuß zum Strand und 3min zum kleinen Supermarkt in der Anlage. Die Ausstattung ist gut, vielleicht könnte man noch ein Schneidebrett mehr anschaffen. Aber ansonsten bietet die Villa alles was man braucht. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche wurden sogar während der Woche gewechselt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und man kann auch abends entspannt schwimmen. Egal ob Sonne oder Schatten in der Villa kann man beides haben. Und man hat auch eine eigene Musikbox. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect. Cheaa was an excellent host, always quick to respond and accommodating to any requests or questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting .

We had a great stay! The location is amazing and the beach is walking distance. I only have a couple remarks, which I think is only because the place is relatively new. We arrived quite late so found it difficult to find the exact location of our villa. The team did send us a video, but it was difficult to follow in the dark. There are no street names. The kitchen was not equipped with kitchen towels and oven gloves which made it difficult to clean counters and get things out of the oven. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely go back!

Great Family Stay with a Heated Pool! We had a wonderful family trip at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for kids. Lots of space outside to run around, play any sports with the kids, grilling area and a large lounge area. The complimentary heated pool was a huge hit — our kids loved it, and it was great for relaxing as a family. Just a heads-up: the tile around the pool can be a little slippery when wet, so be cautious with little ones. Overall, a fantastic stay for a big family!

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Casa recém reformada, tudo novo, com estacionamento, muito limpo, Artan foi super atencioso por telefone e sua mãe, mesmo sem falar inglês, foi muito atenciosa em todo o momento, recomendo muito.

Pobyt bol skvelý, a Arkis bol veľmi príjemný, nápomocný a rýchly. Bývanie bolo ciste, bezpečné a presne ako na fotkách a podľa opisu. Určite odporúčam každému, kto sa ešte len rozhoduje. V blízkosti su krásne pláže, dá sa tam dobre a lacno najesť ale aj vybehnúť na krasny východ a zapad slnka. Arkis nám dokonca dal mieste odporúčania a doniesol aj domáci med ako darček, nemohli sme ho však zobrať do lietadla ale bolo to od neho veľmi milé. Ešte raz ĎAKUJEME za celkový pobyt 🙏❤️

Alex’s place was perfect. The spacious house easily accommodated our two 2+3 families and its garden let our kids play for hours. Please note the following, which has not been covered by the property’s description. ⁃ The path connecting the main road and the house is in a very poor condition. The tarmac is almost nonexistent, so it should be considered a dirt road and in the end you will be surprised by a short, but extremely steep hill. It may be a problem if you have a rental car with no dirt policy. ⁃ The house itself has two separate flats on a ground and first floors. There is also a third flat on the top floor, a holiday retreat for the owner, who lives abroad. He came for a few days during our stay, but was more like a ghost, we hardly ever noticed his presence. ⁃ The nearest beach is only a few kilometres away. It’s close, but you need a car. ⁃ The nearest shop is 650m away. You can reach it on foot and you can pay by card.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem schönen Haus in Albanien. Alles ist sehr neu, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool und die Terrasse waren das Highlight der Teenys. Wir waren mit 5 Personen da. Somit musste einer auf dem Sofa schlafen. (Kein Schlafsofa). Für uns war es ok, sollte man aber wissen, wenn man zu fünft kommen möchte. Die Doppelbetten in den Schlafzimmern waren sehr bequem und groß. Die beiden Badezimmer neu und schön. Die Küche perfekt eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Insgesamt ist es ein wirklich tolles Haus. Obwohl man in einer - noch ziemlich unfertigen- Anlage ist, hat man genug Privatsphäre. Es wird weiter ausgebaut. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Man sollte aber wissen, dass die umliegenden Straßen sehr schlecht sind und man für alle Wege genügend Zeit einplanen muss. Der nächste sehr kleine und sehr teure Supermarkt ist nicht weit. Alle anderen Läden sind mindestens 30 Autominuten entfernt. Die Gegend ist Natur pur und wirklich wunderschön!

I had an amazing stay there! The apartment was easy to find, very close to the beach, loved the view from the balcony! Communication with Ina was very easy and she was very helpful. Totally recommend it and would come back if the festival will be held there again next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment! Dritan was incredibly welcoming and accommodating host, providing us with a cozy space that felt like home. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. The apartment is located on a quiet street, not far from the city center. Nearby there is a grocery store, supermarket, sports ground, and there is also free parking near the house. It was easy to reach Dritan and he gave us good recommendations for our stay. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in.

The villa is exactly what you want for a beach vacation; a well-appointed kitchen for fixing everything from coffee to family-style meals, an ample patio in a quiet garden for relaxing throughout the day, and three comfy rooms to retire to after a day at the beach. A private path leads from the back patio right to the beach promenade — a two minute stroll — and lands you at one of the nicest stretches of beach in Durrës. Walk the promenade and enjoy restaurants of all kinds or dip into one of the many beachside cabanas for a drink. Our party of six thoroughly enjoyed the patio, especially in the hot afternoons when the shaded space felt like a private oasis. Evening meals enjoyed al fresco were especially delightful. Dorina is a lovely host and quick to respond to any questions about the house. Don’t miss this hidden gem.

Pokazano nam gdzie warto zjeść, którędy dostać się na plażę. Mieszkanie prezentuje się dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Jest wyposażone we wszystko co niezbędne. Czuliśmy się mile widziani i zaopiekowani.
