Our second time at Louise's spotless, BEAUTIFULLY STOCKED home. The kitchen is the best stocked we've EVER experienced. No need to bring ANY utensils, dishes, storage containers, food wraps, tea towels, tissues, serviettes, condiments, bag clips etc. And chocolates in the fridge!! LITERALLY FIVE MINUTE WALK TO FABULOUS BEACH and a lovely, safe and quiet suburb. Lovely park across the road. Star gazing while in the pool. TV room was like being at the cinema. Linen and pool towels etc. were good quality and the large dining table and outdoor setting easily accommodated eight people. Appliances were top shelf and a full laundry onsite was a bonus. We love staying at Louise's lovely home and she has always promptly answered any communications. We'll be back before Christmas! 🎄

Beautiful place with great nearby walking trails. Very comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen and games cupboard. Nearby Millbrook Winery was lovely. I’d like to revisit in summer and use the pool!

The Cottesloe Beach House was so beautiful, homely and in just a near perfect spot. Cottesloe is an amazing suburb in Perth, whether you're a beach goer or not. Absolutely beautiful area in the Western Suburbs and easy to get into the City or to Fremantle. With adjacent suburbs like Claremont the area also has wonderful eateries and shopping away from the beautiful beaches. This beach house is in a lovely quiet street around the corner from the ever-popular Daisies Cafe and just 5mins walk from a terrific IGA shopping complex with pharmacy and several dining options. When we walked into the house the hosts had set the place up amazingly with soft lighting, beautiful music and some warmth to help us escape from such an unusually cold day in the West. The beds were all super-comfy with soft bed linen and the open plan living flows from the kitchen all the way down to the pool deck and BBQ area. The kids were big fans! Also need to say that the hosts were so good to deal with. Thanks.

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

A beautiful and seamless experience from start to finish. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described maybe even better in person. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Lesmurdie was a lovely, peaceful area and surprisingly not a far drive from anywhere a perfect balance of quiet and convenience. May blessings fill this home always. Truly grateful for the stay and already hoping we’ll have the chance to come back again soon. Five stars all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved Linda's place. We stayed for a week while our home underwent some renovations. We walked to the grocery store, the bus and river. It was super easy to get around, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. Definitely recommended.

This place is great, not just in the location but in the home too, you can see the hosts know what people need and have it there for you. Without a doubt the most well thought out amenities and supplies. Truely felt like a home for our family. Really keen to get back here.

I booked this bnb for a get away with a few of my friends and let me tell you, it was one of my top 10 best experiences in life. I had SUCH a great time, every window had a spectacular view, we woke up to the sight of the beach and the backyard is just insane. The house itself oh myyy it’s literally my dream house. The house is so ‘good looking’ that me and my friends even calculated the price of the house and how much an offer to buy it would be, we were seriously planning our future of living together in a house like this. I’m definitely coming back I wish I could be back every weekend honestly. Yasmine was also so incredibly kind to me and it warmed my heart every time she messaged. I will be back.

Home has a lot of character and is in a beautiful location. There has been attention to detail. The Serpentine River is right in the front yard and it can be seen from bed in the main bedroom. We saw a quenda from the kitchen window, countless birds, and dolphins in the river.

Beautiful accommodation. Had everything you need. Loved the view and enjoyed sitting outside. Walked, cycled and ran daily.

We stayed here as a small family (my husband, our 3-year-old daughter, and I) for 4 days and honestly, it was one of the most peaceful and relaxing stays we've ever had. Every morning, our daughter would play outside near the garage while we sipped coffee and just breathed in the fresh, salty air. Birdsong in the background, cool breeze on our faces… it really felt like a slice of heaven. It’s those little moments that made this place so special. The house itself was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. From the cozy beds to the fully stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed. The beach was literally just steps away perfect for evening strolls or letting the little one run free. Michelle, was warm and thoughtful. You can really tell she puts her heart into this place. Communication was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend for small families looking to disconnect, slow down, and just enjoy quality time together. We'll definitely be back. Thank you ❤️

Beautiful clean home, well provided for, everything you needed, basically home from home. Would def like to stay again and will recommend to friends and family.

Brilliant location, far exceeded our expectations. Great cafe nearby super friendly, great service. Options to head out for a walk or head further to Pinjarra to the best French Patisserie. 10 of us stayed 4 nights for our 7th annual girls trip. This was the best house so far. So much room for quiet reading or hanging out with the whole group. Everything you could want to cook including a roast for 10 with all the trimmings. The out door area with lounge and fire pit is next level - and no words for the view. We spent a lot of time outside chatting, watching the view and saying hello to the locals as they wondered past. Rooms were beautiful and far from the main areas so those that like a sleep in weren’t disturbed. Overall no complaints and highly recommended

I recently stayed at this cozy house in Halls Head and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk to overlook the beach, making it ideal for anyone who loves the ocean. Our stay at this fabulous home was wonderful. The cozy atmosphere, combined with the excellent location and amenities, made for a memorable trip. My husband and I had an amazing stay at Silver Street Studios. Judy was super helpful and made us the sweetest food basket upon arrival. The house was very clean and spacious with an artistic vibe. There are many cafes and restaurants within 100-500m of the house as well. The beaches nearby are stunning also. Would 100% recommend staying here.

We stayed here with our kids and they absolutely loved it! The granny flat was a big hit, and they had so much fun feeding the cats. It’s a beautiful home, full of character, and the space is so cleverly used.

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

magnificent home with stylish furnishings. kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. beautiful views in a peaceful and quiet location. the beds were so comfortable. lots of activities to enjoy in and outside of the home. host was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. as pet friendly my dog settled well into his surroundings and areas to walk were close by. Was hard leaving, would go back in a heartbeat!

The house had a great layout for our needs and was very comfortable and well-maintained. The flooring and carpets seemed new. The view out the back was divine and the area in general was very peaceful.

We had a lovely time! We travelled in a group of 9, with 5 kids! They loved the house so much, and the view is just perfect. The house is very clean and welcoming. We had a small issue with the bathroom but Lee remained contactable and gave multiple solutions to suit our comfort level. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

We didn’t want to leave! Paradise down yunder blew us away from the minute we walked in the door! The property is absolutely amazing and the renovations inside the property are stunning. The outside deck area was so good and we spent so much time outside eating, drinking coffees in the morning and taking in the ambiance. We instantly felt comfortable and at ease inside the home. The beds and linen are so comfortable! The days were warm but nights were cool so the reverse cycles were so convenient to use! Our 10 year old is fishing mad and spent sun up to sundown fishing and crabbing off the jetty and using the kayaks supplied to drop a line of pots in. The property had literally everything we could need! Come our check out day, we were disappointed to leave. We can’t wait to come back and book again for longer! Thankyou again Rick!

The Avalon Beach house is great for families for a quick getaway from Perth. It was so relaxing to wake up to the sound of waves and enjoy sunsets from the balcony. Matt was a great host and provided all the essentials for 2-3 day stay. We enjoyed the beautiful, spacious home and all the amenities in close proximity. Definitely looking forward to a future visit!

A fantastic stay for our huge family. A very beautiful place and all of us simply love the rooms and house. Though it’s winter time but my boy still went ahead and try canoeing for a short distance! We ramped up the pizza oven on 2nd night! Thanks for the wine! Will love to stay again!
